Very little stock suddenly
I am a bit puzzled at their recent lack of stock. The shampoo I usually buy has become unavailable and the conditioner only offered in the enormous size. This was very cheap (no complaint about that) but I wonder if the company is closing down?

The scent is exquisite, and friends have even commented how lovely my hair smells.

So glad I found this product,, I had run out of options besides wearing wigs , I was fully bald on one side , nothing from Drs or hospital helped after 3 years of desperately trying everything and anything a friend recommended grow gorgeous, I ad nothing to lose but the last few strands of hair on my head ,,, well wow what can I say , I can't believe it , my hair has actually grew back within a few weeks I noticed some stubble and within just a few weeks I cud see stubble all around my scalp with a few months my hair was actually growing , and thicker than I expected it to , it's been over a year now and my confidence is growing I have hair all over my scalp it is now just passed my shoulders I wish I knew about this product sooner , I can honestly say IT WORKS , it's not expensive, I use the serum and the shampoos, I cannot argue with the results I recommend this product to any body , thanks to this product I no longer have to wear wigs

I’m writing to request urgent…
I’m writing to request urgent assistance with my order placed on October 22, 2025. I purchased two snack boxes (£5.99 each) on your website.
When I made the first payment, the system showed “payment failed”, so I tried again. The second attempt went through successfully, but my bank confirmed that both payments were charged, meaning I was billed twice for the same order.
After that, I cancelled one of the boxes, but I have not received any refund, and no package has been delivered.
Furthermore, when I log in to your website, I cannot find any order information in my account.
I’ve attached screenshots of my bank transactions showing the duplicate charges for your reference.
Please check this issue as soon as possible and either:
Issue a full refund for the duplicate payment, or
Send the products I paid for if the order is still valid.
