I bought the Grow Gorgeous hair growth serum intense.
I originally bought it to grow my hair.
I put it on wet hair and blow dried it.
The volume it gave my hair was fabulous it looked so much more fuller and thicker.
It also helped my hair grow.

The customer services of Grow Gorgeous on Facebook’s efficiency is really a bullshit. I request a refund for 30 orders, all of the products from those of 30 orders had been expired and I posted it from China to the UK, they didn’t compensate the shipping fee. What’s more, the latest status of the return parcel is Delivered on 27th February. They told me they’re still investigating it today. Moreover, they banned my account from their website, how ridiculous it was, what are you afraid? Never buy products from them. I got a really really bad experience.

Fraudulent cancellation policy
On their website, they have a 14 days cancellation policy with full refund. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT!!
We tried to cancel an order with this company, about an hour after the order was placed. And we were told it is too late , because the items has been dispatched. Even-though their website clearly stated that the products are expected to ship 4 days later. But they keep saying it has been dispatched, and then 4 days later we got an email stating it’s now been dispatched. So they could’ve totally cancelled the order but refused to. They do NOT honour their cancellation policy. They said when we received the order we can return it , but we need to pay for the return shipping. We are in Canada and we will need to ship it back to Poland?! Who in the right mind will do that? When they could’ve just cancel our order in the first place ?
When we received the product today, half of the products in the package were damaged , and the other half are EXPIRED products.
This is totally unacceptable business practice! Do not order from them!
Edit: over the last few interactions with this company, they said that I would have to cancel the order within 5-15 minutes. Otherwise it will not be cancelled, so that confirmed their 14 days cancellation policy is totally fraudulent. And it takes them an average of 20+ hours to reply to our message. They asked us for the pictures of the damaged products but the "upload file" function never worked (we tried iOS, Android and laptop, and the file format is correct), we asked them for another way to send them files and they have now gone silent .It has been a very difficult journey dealing with them. All we wanted is to get a refund, we don't want the damaged and expired products and this company is making it impossible to do so.

The worst online shopping experience in my life, I ordered the hair serum but they were out of date for few months, the expired date was 05/01/2024,so i need to send them back, and they agreed to give me free return postage but i need to pay the postage first and send them the receipt, then they give me the refund of the postage, but after they received my return, they did the refund of postage to me, after few days they only refund £13.01, but I paid £18 for the order, they took £4.99 postage from the total refund , how dirty of the customer service? They agreed to pay me back the postage but they didn’t. I need to contact them all the time and this lasts for 3 weeks , I still not get the full refund.

The way companies SHOULD run.
I have ordered a number of times from this company. Not only are their products excellent, they actually work too! Delivery is rapid and and smooth. I had a product missing once from an order, and customer services got back in touch with me in under 30 minutes, re-ordered the product for me and I got it the next day!! I could't recommend them enough.

Do not sign up for a subscription delivery to this company.
I had a subscription for one of their products. In August I requested to cancel the subscription as I moved house and also wanted to try something different. For this reason I didn’t change my address on my account as it didn’t matter.
In October, they took another subscription payment with no warning and sent another bottle of the product to my old address.
I contacted customer service and was told all deliveries were my responsibility. When I explained that I had cancelled my subscription they refused to refund and said I would have to return the product and closed the chat.
Totally unreasonable and in my opinion all subscriptions should warn you when you have a delivery on the way.
Really disappointed with this company.

I recently received an order which unfortunately was damaged during transit. After contacting customer care, the issue was dealt with very quickly and professionally.
