ALWAYS MISSING FOOD
I can't tell you how many times they haven't delivered certain items. Last week they missed one person's entire order and again today. As the mom, I gave my food to whoever didn't get theirs. If I had access to a car I wouldn't be ordering from them. So now, again, I don't get to eat anything. I'm sorry, but if a restaurant doesn't include everything, they should still have to deliver

Omg what wasn't wrong, if 2hrs late wasn't enough. I can't believe how incompetent a business can be. What a joke, 2 separate times lastnight, I ordered food. 1st restaurant, over hr & half late. How mighty generous of them 4 issuing me a $5 credit Right? Then I get a message.. that my order was canceled. WHAT? After all that?? Yep..."Did I Learn from that"? Nope.. I sure didn't. I then just ordered from another place. Same Xact thing, happened again after hrs. Of being late..then shortly after..Order Canceled.. (I couldn't make this up). I was so pissed & now hungry too. "Did I learn from that"?? Nope.. I sure didn't ? I again, ordered at 930 am. and again I wait & wait as the hrs. Pass by w No coffee, Still nothing. I contacted CS many times. An as for those $5 & $10 bones, they can shove that in their grub hub. I told them to cancel my order enough is enough. (At least I was 1st. in the canceling process that time). lol. I've now had enough 5 & $10 bones thrown at me. Now ask? Did I learn from that?? Oh hell yes.. I did. And this girl will never ever order from GH ever again. They suck! And thats the honest to bone Truth !!

Drivers are incompetent. Their GPS obviously sucks. It’s not worth the money not worth a delivery fee. Customer service is awful. You might as well use Uber eats

The order arrived after almost an hour late. When I saw after 39 mins there was no one in the area yet I tried to cancel the order. The help section said they would not refund the 30.00 taco bell order of 3 tacos, 1 burrito, and a drink because the food was already being prepared....IT'S A TACO BELL!!! CHAT WAS NO HELP Either. When the food arrived I had 3 cold tacos, 1 cold burrito, and 1 drink where the ice had already melted. GRUBSNUB APP DELETED!

Wish I could do less than 1 star, canceling orders over an hour after accepting leaving no option to the ordering party! Horrible customer service!!!!
Poor service
Arrived late. Part of order missing. Cold food, ice completely melted in drink. Order left next door. Offered $6 credit. Complained about that offered $5 more. Ok whatever they offer another $5. Not necessary I learned my lesson won’t use again. Received a text order being replaced never arrived was told they already gave me the credit! Poor excuse for a legitimate business.
Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Food wasn’t delivered in full. They refused a refund per their policy. My kids were in tears that the chicken nuggets weren’t there. Even then they refused to offer a refund. Will never use again. Horrible. Sad. Pathetic. Do better Grubhub CEO

My order was more than two hours late. I had requested that it be canceled because it was too late and I had to get food somewhere else. They confirmed it was canceled and then someone delivered it and they still charged me. Disgusting behavior.

Grubhub just canceled my Order with the restaurant claiming something went wrong meanwhile the payment went through everything was fine I don't understand what could have gone wrong. Anytime I have ever used grubhub there's always an issue. The other apps a much better. I will never use Grubhub again!!
Delivery is never on time
This has happened for a few times. I scheduled a big order 4 days in advance to be delivered at 11:30, they told me the food would be there at 1:52. I ordered for a company, people do not have time to wait and why do I schedule order if they are going to be more than an hour late? The drive also called me and lied that they are picking up the food but the live map showed they are not even close to the restaurant. DON'T ORDER FROM GRUBHUB.
They steal your food
Their drivers will pick up your order and then cancel it. When you call Grubhub to resolve the issue, they have no way of helping. they just want feedback so they can improve. NEVER NEVER USE GRUBHUB. Useless!!!!!! There is a reason their rating sucks.
sick and tired of long wait times for delivery to arrive
I have used GrubHub a couple of times, but have been sorely disappointed at the overall time it takes for my order to arrive. Sending the driver on multiple stops before they get to my home is outrageous. I didn't order so I could wait an hour to get my food.
I’d give a zero if I could
I’d give a zero if I could. Single senior female traveling and not familiar with the area I was in. I provided address I used to book hotel reservation. Then I noticed on hotel stationery a different address and texted driver. The next text asked for the verification code. Then driver texted he left delivery at main door because all doors were locked. Well he didn’t deliver it to my hotel so I don’t know where he left it. I spent over 30 minutes w/customer support only to be told they wouldn’t give me a refund because I provided the code & the driver “delivered “.
I will never use GrubHub again. The customer support was totally worthless. Their driver couldn’t discern from my instructions that I was at a Radison. Defective system. DoorDash much more on the ball
Stay away from this service. NIGHTMARE experience
I’ve been using grubhub for years for business lunches and personal. A few weeks ago I ordered food for an office meeting. Despite the correct address being on the invoice, the driver went to wrong location and wound up showing up an hour late- after the meeting had already finished. Adding insult to injury, the food was cold. I called customer service and explained the situation, and asked for a refund. They told me all they could offer was a 5 dollar credit. Words were exchanged, and next thing I know my account is “terminated for violating grubhub policy”. All because they are incapable of taking accountability, and blamed my reaction instead of what caused the reaction. This business is embarrassingly bad and I want to share my experience to anyone considering using this app. Grubhub is a nightmare .

Some of the worst experiences. Between apps not working correctly and numerous issues with delivery of food, in customer service lacking, not sure what else to do other than avoid using them, which unfortunately means avoiding some good restaurants. If you plan to use them I would reconsider.
Bad overall experience
Late delivery, restaurant cancelled the main items I ordered and you tip on total bill ordered. Will not use them again.
