GRUB HUB DRIVER UNTRUSTWORTHY- WHAT A THIEF
I do not use delivery service often and with current delivery issues, will probably stop using the delivery service altogether. Ordered mexican delivery from Arriba Taqueria in St. Joseph, MI. Taco dinner and 2 tamales ordered. Sat down and 2 tamales were not in the bag. Restaurant CCT footage confirms the foil wrapped tamales were added to the bag in the restaurant. Bag was left on my front porch chair in a secure knot. I am guessing the Grub Hub driver was hungry as no other explanation is plausible. Theft is theft is theft. Sad and pathetic. So people ordering food delivery service in and around the St. Joseph, MI area, I would suggest using another food service delivery company other than GRUB HUB. Through a pathetic chat AI, my tamales were refunded but the dinner was ruined d/t lack of food.

I ordered a whopper and a medium fries. the total was $20.25. Pricey for just that, but when my order arrived there was no whopper and a small order of cold fries. The food was late and the order wasn't right. I was told there was no whopper on the order, then they charged me $20.25 for a small order of cold fries. The AI agent was useless and didn't help, just stalls for time. Customer care isn't any better. They offered $5 off my next grubhub order. Like I would order from them ever again. What a lousy business they are. I'm using DoorDash from now on.

Driver was sweet but Grubhub will NOT see a further order from me! Too many other delivery services to choose from. Order was over an hour late and arrived cold!!! Driver was NOT at fault. Grubhub needs to get it's act together or it will fall by the wayside!

I ordered two days in a row and both times the dasher never delivered my order or called me for the code. I looked at all my entrances the minute it was suppose to be "delivered ". To see the " proof pic" was a picture of the inside of their car window. Called customer support and chatted with an agent. No help what so ever. wanted to give me a $5 credit. Ridiculous!!
GrubHub doesn't care
Ordered from a restaurant thatbused grubhub for delivery. My meal wasn't delivered even though the driver reported it delivered. Unable to get driver to respond to inquiries. When I spoke with GrubHub, they refused to take responsibility and told me they only help if you order through their app. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered food on the 12th of April, 2.5 hours later I'm e-mailed saying grub has cancelled the order. Same day I receive an e-mail stating a refund was sent.
I get more e-mails after complaints of where is my money. Telling me to contact my bank. Then another telling me to contact the restaurant for my refund. I copy and paste my bank statement portion showing the money is withdrawn by grub and grub needs to refund not the restaurant. Then I'm told now it can take up to 15 days for refund to go through. From 5 days to 15 days lol. Today is day 16. Never again will I use the useless POS service ever, and will get the word out. Class action is sounding good seeing all these 1 star reviews.

First purchase on a $60 order with $10+ change tip on top and the driver sends a photo of the street and I get a text saying your order was here early! Of course it was they just took a photo of the street called it delivered and now I have to wait 5-7 days to get my money back? Fawk this service AND unnecessary

Grubhub was not great. I tried to order food and I couldn't get the completion for what reason error message and no feedback so I went to Door dash and had no issue. I had used them previously and had name/ address problem. I edited and still barely got my product but not now.?

Over and over I find drivers do NOT use warming bags or containers and food is cold. Why doesn't GH REQUIRE warming bags and or containers?
Often late than on time. Attempting to get satisfied is almost impossible. If you do get something, it cant be used with any other offer which is simply WRONG.

This is the first time I used Grubhub. I placed an order, but it arrived missing an item. I called the restaurant and they were happy to make a fresh order and hold it for redelivery. However, Customer Service from Grub Hub called and said they would not send a driver back out to deliver the item. They said they would only issue a refund. However, I tipped the driver based on the total of ALL items. SO, I didn't get my food, and I am out on the tip money as well. I will never use Grubhub again.

Complaint Against Grubhub – Non-Delivery and Refusal to Refund I placed a food delivery order through Grubhub on Thursday evening and never received the order. After noticing a delay, I attempted to contact the driver but received no response. I then spent approximately three hours communicating with three different customer service representatives via chat. During these interactions, I was repeatedly told that my order was “on the way,” which turned out to be inaccurate. Each representative instructed me to cancel the order, which would have placed responsibility on me rather than addressing the failure to deliver. I declined to cancel for that reason. Eventually, the order was marked as “delivered” approximately three hours later, despite no delivery being made. I documented this with photos showing that no food was received. This delivery was marked delivered by the driver at 8:35 PM on Thursday with blank photos and no delivery. I have a Ring camera showing that nothing was ever delivered. following day, I left town early Friday morning and returned Monday. The order was still not present, confirming that no delivery occurred. I contacted Grubhub again on Monday and spent over an hour on the phone and chat. While one portion of my order was refunded, Grubhub refused to issue a full refund, despite clear evidence that the order was never delivered. This experience reflects serious concerns, including: - False status updates indicating delivery - Lack of driver communication - Misleading instructions from customer service - Refusal to provide a full refund for undelivered goods I am requesting a full refund for the undelivered order and for Grubhub to review its customer service practices, particularly regarding accountability and transparency. Consumers should not have to rely on credit card disputes to recover funds for services that were never provided.

This business is awful when you call to speak with a supervisor they say they are dont even speak English i will never ever order though them. Driver delivered my food to someone else. Not even on my street. I don't know how that is even possible. I received an insult of a credit, that expires, because Grubhub had to pay for a re-delivery. I barely got back the tip I gave the driver to deliver my food to complete strangers. Not my fault or problem, but my kids suffered having to wait close to 2 hours to eat. I've never been treated so disrespectful in all my life and it sucks because I gave them so much business. Not anymore.

First time ever using it and last. Wendy 10 mins away took 2 hours to get here. Ice cold. Reported it and they wouldn't cover the costs but rather cancelled and offered me the same 60 day trial of their premium service that everyone else gets. The first agent I reported it to disconnected the chat as well so she didn't have to deal with it. Worst food delivery app of all of them.

Food was cold....took over an hour...second time giving them a try because my first experience was bad I should have stayed away and from now on I will. The first time I used them took almost 2 hours and the food was cold and hard...this time took over an hour...cold and hard!!! I made an order and they billed it twice on my debit card and refused to refund one charge back . I had to contact my bank the next morning. I will never use them again and tell everyone I know how horrible they are.
