Experience was quick and efficient for the most part, although could have been improved on getting us our proof of insurance so we could get our plates and transfer of title completed sooner. It shouldn’t have been so complicated since previous owner had the vehicle insured with Grundy as well.

Great experience
Great price. Easy quote. Experienced sales rep on the phone answered all my questions easily. Portfolio was slightly difficult to get approved with several steps, but it is understandable given it is a classic specialty vehicle that can vary in condition and price.

When I moved from TX to South Carolina
When I moved from TX to South Carolina, i sent in my change of address information to Grundy for updating. It was at this point that Grundy decided that we needed to recreate the wheel and start the Insurance Policy process all over again as if I was not a current customer. More email back and forth, more pictures provided, more signatures needed, More signed promises needed, etc, etc. What are you thinking? Really Bad Form. There are other Collector car insurance providers in the market that want my business...you should never forget that!
