I went without my codice fiscale so the…

I went without my codice fiscale so the people who came after me with their CF were called before me, I waited over 30 minutes to be told in a cold high pitched voice by a young gir called Alessandra that i should have had my CF and that they had issues with the printers so there was a delay.after been sent to the 1 floor I had to wait another 10 minutes to do a check up that cost me over 240€. I do not recommend this institute anymore and this young lady needs to learn that clients are humans and she needs to be more diplomatic or not work in this environment
