I’ve had the worst experience with gtbank Ghana for years. Yet I kept believing in them. But this time around they’ve crossed the line. Just a bunch of thieves and liars. How can you even change people’s account numbers without giving any heads up. You just wake up and your account number has been changed. Seriously I’m done with you. Never in my life will I ever bank with you guys again. You’re the worst decision I made. And if I don’t receive my salary by Monday, you’ll see the other side of me. THIEVES!!!!!

Stay away from GTBank, they being stealing people money's for years and they did same to VDM mama and they collaborate with the corrupt EFCC to arrest VDM. If you don't want issues with your money stay away from GTBANK Nigeria.

Since 2019 fraudulent activities occurred on my account and after many attempts part refund of the money stolen were paid back and since then I have made several attempts for the balance to paid no way ! Recently sum of 700 thousand was removed from my account given a reason to refund reversal but I have emailed for explanation again no response and my account keeping on been debited.
I need explanation why this Bank is so notorious in dealings with customers

Their delays in sending the money they receive from their clients are questionable.
We are a Swiss group. Our representative in Ghana is speechless, and we are about to file a complaint with the Swiss Embassy's commercial department.
Truly, I wonder if this Bank has only one employee or if being lazy is a basic requirement for working there.

Pls stay away from this bank for the sake of ur mental health, they v zero, i mean zero efficiency. Dnt even knw if they r facing challenges they dnt want to disclose.
Had a fail transaction and it took them over a month to reverse money thats withing thire reach oo, they kept posting me around till my hubby come to the bank and shout at them, low and behold the money was reversed imidiatly.
After jst a week, gam, another failed transaction, its about 3wk or 4 now, there still posting me around, am seeing they r intentional abt this, ppl shld jst stay away from them, cos smtn is definetly wrong

This is a rubbish bank I have been trying to make transactions it's not going for months and I have been calling this rubbish customer care for months now after 25 minutes on wait they will start all over no one will pick calls ..can somebody pick calls so I can resolve this issue

Your Turturing is Guarantee with GT bank. Avoid them like you will avoid fire in your body. They will turture and turture you. They Guarrantte Turturing you. Their token is extremely epileptic. It freezes regularly and you have to call GT to get it going. Calling GT is a lottery, you will be on their video call for 5 days and no luck. Not 5 hours, 5 days! This means that you cannot do any transactions. They are specialist and experts in turturing customers

Why is GTBank Nigeria monopolising the USA Visa fee, the exchange rate as at today is still morethan #1800 to $1 for USA visa fee payment, a dollar is 1255 today but GTB still left it on their platform at #1800. What a criminal way of reaping people. USA embassy should look at this

Terrible customer service experience at GTbank Masha Sirulere.A total mess

What a terrible bank is GTbank with porous system. There was an unauthorized deduction of 180,000 naira from my account through sms using the phone number I never registered for alert. When contacted, they said it was my fault because, the number was attached to my account. This number was in the account before alert system started and I never registered alert system with it because it was used last in 2009. How come someone could access it and registered alert on it and took my money.
You talk to machine when you use the Whatsapp chart and No human being will respond or give you a call. Terrible bank, management and system. Beware!!!!

Gtbanks are thieves I sent 123000 to two different people and I was debited none saw the money now I got a notification that 30k was debited from my account to a gtbank impersonal ledger which I have no idea what it is. I sent them proof yet they claim they didn't see such transactions on my account yet the receipt was gotten from the online banking app and on the Internet banking website why are you lying I was told in 24 hours I will receive the money and till now I haven't seen any credited message I want my money back

If it was even possible to give them a 0 star or even a - 0 I would because the service is very very bad you spent 20 minutes 30 minutes almost an hour waiting for somebody to pick up a call they keep telling you they're busy so busy they busy the service is so bad that even though went to the bank feels like it's helpless that you're wasting your time putting your money in the bank because you can't resolve a complaint from your phone then what's the need of the customer service there shouldn't be a customer service if the service attendance don't actually pick up the phone I just think the service attendance were just being lazy and they don't want to pick up the call wasting people's time

I called GTBANK for a very simpe issue.....Chioma 1st picked was attending to me and suddenly cut the call on me, another staff called Chizoba did same.....Please GTBANK recruit competent people to serve your customers 🙄 🤔 😒 it's obvious that they both cut the calls on me.....very 😔

For five months, I have been attempting to authorize a 3rd party Debit card collection since I am currently not in Nigeria. Despite all forms completed, that remains dead end till date. So called relationship officers are not even responding to my emails anymore. I finally got one of their staff that had time to help me set up e-token and for the past 1 week, I'm still unable to complete any transaction despite multiple set up and re-set up attempts by their staff. So, here I am, with money in my account for five months that I cannot access. They really need to start using calls to improve their services. This has been a very frustrating banking experience for me. GTB does not need new costumers, they need to be committed to improving their services.

Their service is top notch compare with other banks. However, they can do better than what they are doing currently.

There's just everything to hate about the way GTBank serves people. Their inefficiency is gross and madding.
What if you pasted all the requirements for account opening with full explanations so that customers would not have to wait on long queues for 8 hours only to be told that the info they got from the security man was not all correct?
What if you incorporated empathy and basic imagination into your operational attitudes?
What if you included all the necessary information in your rudely crisp SMS so that the customer would not have to leave their work to be commuting to the bank over and over again?
Oh, what if you included humanity in your methods?
I have lost megabucks and lots of valuable time coming to your Bank all because you chose to think only about yourselves and not sparing a space for your customers.
Coming to bank with you has been the most regrettable decision of my life. Sincerely.
