I have been using this Bank for over 17 years, it has become crap, over one week no access to online transactions, I call customer service and waited for about 1hr the call get dropped finally, how low has GTB fallen.

How will I wake up this morning to series of deductions on my account all for sms charge for one month? You deducted three times for the same sms charge for one month 😡😡😡😡...more than 500 naira in a day just for the same reason..how cruel can that be... please stop making unreasonable and useless sms deductions. GTB Nigeria debited me 20,000 for a declined transaction without reversal for 1 week now (still counting)
My account was debited on 31st December 2020 for a failed transaction. I contacted GTB via the online banking platform. After getting my complaint, GTB responded that I should go ahead and fill a dispense error report on the online platform using the cards menu. The feature keeps saying that I do not have a declined transaction for December 31, 2020, whereas, I have the receipt which clearly shows that the transaction declined. GTB did not send me the usual email log or confirmation mail for the transaction, yet cannot return my money for over a week now. Useless bank, I once deposited N30,000 at a GTB branch and it never reflected in my account for six years now. A bank of thieves.

Gtbank use to be one of the best banks in Nigeria unfortunately I can't say the same again. It's been over 2years I've been making one request all to no avail. I want to receive email updates on my children accounts, each time I call from Canada they tell me " we are so sorry to hear that.....it will be fixed" but nothing has been done till date. Not to mention the time I have to wait on hold while calling. It will be great if Gtb can come up with a system to best assist foriegn residents with regards to calling customer service. Sometimes I send complaints with my name and they will reply to my daughter. I am highly disappointed with Gtb

This bank is nightmare. I wanted to reactivate my account. I was asked to do a video call to confirm my identity. I Waited on that call for over 7 hours and no one responded.
