Jamie Redpath helped me in getting back into Ark. Ark had been doing some crazy things and it effected the GTX server. They literally was waiting with me and helping me for about 45min. to an hour. Even allowing me time to log in (which took 20 min.) as well as my friend. Very very helpful. I only want them to help me. That's how good they were.

Tom Hancock was very helpful in solving my issue on time

My experience with GTXGaming has been extremely disappointing, especially for hosting a 7 Days to Die server. The service is plagued with constant issues like frequent crashes, performance drops, and inexplicable server restarts. What’s worse is the severe lack of transparency: there’s limited or no access to important logs, and the control panel feels restrictive and outdated. Trying to troubleshoot is nearly impossible without proper access, and support responses are often slow or unhelpful. Hosting a modded server or even just managing a stable vanilla experience with them is frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend GTXGaming to anyone serious about running a 7 Days to Die server.

They also deleted my old review, because they weren't able to help me with the server issues, after I replied to the support as they asked.

The support was quick and very competently able to help me with issue. They could resolve it very fast to my satisfaction. Mr J. Redoath has been very competent and patient in helping me with my issue.

Jamie Redpath was extremely patient and professional. He helped guide us through a server issue that was causing some stress. As it turned out, part of the problem was on our end and part on the server side. Jamie calmly helped us find and correct the issues and kindly assisted us with a memory issue that we didn't even know we had! Would that all CS pros where as knowledgeable and patient as he.

We originally switched over to GTXGAMING due to bad customer service elsewhere. I purchased a few ARK Servers and had no issue with them getting online;
At first the GUI was a little confusing and setting up a cluster was becoming tedious. I sent an email to support where I thought I would be waiting at least 24h for a response and to my surprise I received an email within 6 minutes confirming with me what to do in order to get the cluster set up.

I had a few queries where I've reached out to support with what I felt to be rather minor and they have always done their best to assist me in a timely manner.
The support team are great and I would highly recommend this website for all your gaming hosting needs!

I recently migrated my Palworld server from another host to GTXGaming, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic all thanks to Jamie Redpath.

Jamie was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Not only did he assist with the migration itself, but he also answered every single question I had (even the ones that were a bit outside the typical scope) with clear, simple explanations that made everything so much easier.

It’s rare to find support that genuinely goes above and beyond, but Jamie absolutely delivered. Thanks to him, what could have been a frustrating transition turned into a smooth, stress-free setup. I’m now running my server confidently and efficiently thanks to his guidance.

Jamie Redpath fixed my server issue in no time at all. Never usually have issues, but when i do it's fixed easily. They now allow you to switch game service rather than cancelling and creating new services which is decent.

James knott deserves a raise, My buddies and I have spent countless hours trying to set up a server and import our save with mods. We went to 3 different hosts that all failed to get anything run. James guided me through the set up then spent maybe an hour and got this running perfectly. He has been patient and helpful along the way. I'm fairly new to coding and it's very difficult for me. However my experience with GTXGaming has been nothing but excellent when it comes to customer service. I get clear and fast answers the second i have any questions. Today, James Knott helped me answer some questions about differences between server options that i was struggling to understand. He explained them to me in the exact way i needed to hear and answered my questions with ease. The question wasn't urgent yet i received an answer within minutes. And almost every one of my tickets are resolved this fast. I have not had any other service, even outside of gaming be so fast to help with questions, even non-urgent ones! This kind of customer service is what keeps me here. Couldn't express how grateful I am because tech problems can be so frustrating sometimes! And James responds to me within minutes and to each one of my replies as well. Truly remarkable and exceptional. I owe a lot of my saved time to him, as i would be scrambling for answers elsewhere. I am renting a Space Engineers server from GTX Gaming and have been very happy with it so far. The UI is a bit clunky and not super intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, you really appreciate the depth it provides. Performance-wise there's also nothing to complain about, even with our mod-heavy setup.
The one time I encountered an inexplicable problem and contacted support, I got a response in minutes from a nice fellow, Jamie Redpath. He helped me from start to finish, beginning with eliminating the usual suspects and then fixing it from his side, all in less than 30 minutes. And all that at around 8 in the evening!
