Was asking questions about GTX and what it does, Tom was extremely helpful even though it wasn't the outcome i had hoped but that was because they don't host console servers but great help and very friendly

I have server with this company, I've had servers with this company in the past and I am admin on someone else's servers with this company and they are absolutely amazing! I can't rate them highly enough.

This time the support was exceptional and beyond reproach. No hassle or fussing, just got the jump done right the first time.

Steven was incredible, being patient, easy to understand with clear directions and what felt like a positive demeanour. Without Steven I would likely have taken my business elsewhere.

You have yourself an incredible worker that i would recommend for a raise.

Look, the quality of servers are alright, however the hosting part is terrible. Let me explain.

I have been hosting a cheap Stormworks server for like 6 bucks. I had no problems until I noticed my gmail inbox getting flooded with emails from GTXGaming stating that the server is taking up over 5 GB of the allocated RAM. Because of this, the server keeps getting restarted.

I contacted support about this issue, and they told me I need to upgrade. Are you serious? You’re basically forcing me to pay more to get a proper functioning server? Excuse me, but if you offer a service, then you should offer the best of it, and not turn your back to your customers and tell them to pay more. Take off the option for 5 GB RAM, because in my honest opinion it’s trash.

Bare in mind that my server has zero mods, no AI, no vehicles spawned and no players. The resource usage should be minimal.

Edit: Only after requesting a cancellation and writing a bad review they decided to change things around for me. Still a little disappointed since I needed to do all of this just to get uninterrupted server hosting. But I’m glad support has changed this.

2nd Edit: Even after a change to 8 GB RAM free of charge, the server keeps getting restarted.

3rd Edit: Dear GTXGaming, stop begging for better reviews and blaming the game devs for bugs. If you cared about customers, you would sacrifice a high-end server temporarily until the game devs resolve the issues. I will no longer be responding to any messages directed to me. Respectfully, cancel all and any recurring payments I had with this company. I cancelled my server twice already. Have a great rest of your day.

really one of the best out there most of the people who wrote bad reviews are just salty little kids probably, because they are fast and professional with support and the servers work like a charm we have been using them for 2 months now and probably will continue until we stop playing Ark Ascended.

Outstanding Service & Support – Matt Was Excellent!

I’ve been incredibly impressed with GTXGaming’s server hosting for 7 Days to Die. The setup was smooth, performance has been rock solid, and the mod support is exactly what I needed. But what really stood out was the customer service — Matt went above and beyond to help me with a few custom setup tweaks and made sure everything was running perfectly. Super professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. It’s rare to get this level of support in game hosting these days. Highly recommend GTXGaming if you want a hassle-free experience with real humans who care.

So far my experience with GTXgaming has been well above expectations. Everything has been running extremely well and is pretty easy to use.
Tom Hancock from the support team helped me resolve an issue just this morning. His quick action and professionalism resolved the issue right away. Very impressive all round.
Tim definitely deserves a raise and extended lunch periods. He is a champion of technical support and customer service.

Thank you Jamie Redpath for helping me setup the server again, i screwed up a few times but he was positively bold and helped me when I needed him to step in :)

They responded instantly, which is what I looked for and he was just very, very helpful. Very nice.

Rui Pedro went out of his way to assist and answer all of my questions. He is very professional and understands how to fix technical questions while explaining in layman terms. He’s a hard worker and I hope to work with him more in the future. Thank you Rui Pedro!
