Contactos inexistentes, envio diverso da encomenda

I'm writing to report an issue with my recent order. Yesterday, I received a package from your company containing a product I didn't buy. I purchased and paid 35,00€ for the product advertised on your website (doc infra n1). However, the package contained a different product in blue tissue, missing the pieces announced.
According to doc 2, I bought a 70-meter length product, but the one I received is only 30 meters long. I kindly request that you send me the correct product or process a full refund of 35,00€.
Unfortunately, the contact email on your website doesn't exist, and there's no contact information for returns. I hope this is an error and not intentional.
