I chose this site because they were the cheapest out of competitors for EE, but could not unlock with EE. The unlock was an easy process overall. Unlock code received within the time stipulated and it worked, unlocking my Galaxy S4 which was locked to O2.

I obviously would have preferred to pay less than the £17.99 it cost, but after reading terrible reviews for other websites which charged £1.99 etc, I decided to go for guaranteedunlock.com and am pleased I did!
