FANTASTIC - unlocked a phone that others failed to do
Guaranteedunlock succeeded where others had failed (mobileunlocked - recommended by Giff Gaff).
Guaranteedunlock were true to their word - 5 working days and they sent me one unlock code, along with instructions on what to do. I followed the instructions to the letter and the code worked first time!!!!
Compare that with mobileunlocked who took 15 days to tell me they couldn't unlock my phone (Nokia Lumia 930 on O2).
This was my first time using Guaranteedunlock but I will definitely use them again and will happily recommend them. Very pleased with their service and communication. Thank you very much.

This company isn't the cheapest out there by a long way, but when they say "one try" it means just that, one try. Clear instructions, and the promise of a full refund in the event of failure, you cant lose! Will be returning very soon.

Mine was a tricky unlock, where the initial code did not unlock for me. However, the team was great.
