No silly games to extract money from the arrangement. Io have struck this with too many car rental companies. I would recommend Guerin for their honesty in the process.

Booking process is very efficient. The help at the airport also very good. However the pick-up and drop-off take a lot of time so, be prepared!

Very kind and friendly employees when we picked up our car. Same opinion we had after a few days when we had a problem with wheel (tire pressure leak), so we came back to rental center in airport to fix this issue. Just got a new car in a minute and all was resolved. Everything was quick with smiley faces. No problem at all.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out, great car

I filled in the pre-arrival online form, which did speed up the collection process somewhat, so the whole collection experience was much faster than is normally the case with hire cars. Car was nearly new and in good condition. Drop off was also timely. Would happily use Guerin again.

We decided to rent a car last minute. When we got to Guerin shop at Lisbon airport we were quickly attended by the staff who guided us through the reserving process online. We took in total 30 minutes from the moment we got to the stand to the moment we left with the car, and that was without a reservation. Overall, great staff, easy booking process and the car was in great conditions. Would definitely recommend.

We rented a car for 9 days in Madeira. Getting the car after arriving in Funchal was really easy. Employees are doing a good job by providing valuable service. Sometimes not that friendly, but I guess thats how you become, when having new tourist arriving every few minutes.

The car we got had a lot of scratches, so we where a bit confused at the beginning - the employee told us to make a lot of pictures and all would be good. The car overall was good, only issue we had, was too less engine oil. We had to get some on one of our trips from a gas station (after calling support and clarifing our issue). We got the spend money for the engine oil back, when we returned the car.

Overall can recommend, although it was not perfect.

The rental process for pick up and drop off is fast and efficient. Cars are clean and in great shape. They are also quick to respond if there is an issue with a car. Overall very pleased.

You need to do the check in. So nobody is forcing you to get an insurance from the company. Quickly pickup and quick delivery.

Only check the car well before you leave. Our car has had a lot of damage. But at the delivery the guy didn’t say anything about that.

I received the car quickly, and the return process was also fast. The car was in good condition and ran well; although it wasn't the exact model I had booked, it was similar. I am satisfied.

We have used Guerin for a few years now, I very much like their pre-registration and as a result, their speedy collection process. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The cars have always been modern and in most cases very new. Altogether one of the best car hire experiences I have had at Faro airport over the last 45 years of going there. Well done.
