Guerin at Lisbon Airport makes the checkout and checkin process extremely smooth - the best of any car rental company at the airport (I’ve tried many others too). This is because they have many electronic terminals available.

Now I don’t look at the others and go straight here, because it means that I’m out of my flight and into the car in max. 30 minutes.

It was the second time I booked a car with you.
First time, 3 years ago it took time at the airport because the agent was alone and there were other clients before me.
This time I could register my driver license online.

Very well organized at check-in and at return of vehicle. No complaints at all. Just be advised of what coverage you have with your personal insurance or credit card beforehand. This way you have the option to take or refuse their insurances.

No silly games to extract money from the arrangement. Io have struck this with too many car rental companies. I would recommend Guerin for their honesty in the process.

Booking process is very efficient. The help at the airport also very good. However the pick-up and drop-off take a lot of time so, be prepared!

Very kind and friendly employees when we picked up our car. Same opinion we had after a few days when we had a problem with wheel (tire pressure leak), so we came back to rental center in airport to fix this issue. Just got a new car in a minute and all was resolved. Everything was quick with smiley faces. No problem at all.
