Slammed my car door so hard, the wing mirror flew off!

If you must buy a car from Dave Walls, my advice, if you are a woman, is to take someone with you.
I had a frightening experience returning to Guernsey Motors, Liverpool over a problem with the gears in a car I'd bought from him, and was wrong to think that there'd be no problem given its 12 month warranty.
Instead, Dave was rude, patronising, intimidating, verbally abusive and physically aggressive towards me.
Dave drove at 40mph along Green Lane, driving so fast and breaking so late that it was my seat belt that kept me in my seat. He said there was nothing wrong with the gears, repeatedly nudging me aggressively with his elbow and telling me to "look, look, two fingers, I can change the gears with two fingers, there's no problem, it's all in your head" and that I should be driving an automatic if I can't change gears, but in one
surprisingly honest twist, he did ask me " what do you expect buying a 12 year old car?".
Throughout, I had to ask him to lower his voice, not shout at me, and not talk over me, but he just ignored me.
In the end, he became so angry that he got out the driver's side and slammed the door that hard, that the wing mirror flew off!....I very much doubt that that's covered by his warranty, but I will not go back on my own to ask.
