There are plenty of good agents on the same road, avoid this one as much as possible!

Formely Winkworth and owned by Surrey Prestige properties (Mr J Quantrell). Mr J Quantrell does not abide by industry standards and with total disregard to rental procedures and laws. Especially beware if you are students as you WILL be treated with a total disregard of your welfare, rights and then abandoned with financial loss. If I am incorrect Mr Quantrell please have the professional courtesy of replying to our solicitor or sue me.

Many thanks for your Trust Pilot review. As you already know. On behalf of our Landlord we are taking you and the tenant to court for unpaid rent. I think its best to leave it up to the courts to decide. I will also post the courts decision in due time.
Dishonest
Dishonest, unprofessional and full of false promises. Cancelled my property booking a week after receiving a deposit, without any notice, probably to give the property to someone who'd pay a higher rent, although I was never told why - despicable behaviour!
It's companies like this that give the good estate agents a bad reputation.
