Had 2 Guinness repairs 'engineers' attend re water coming over my bathroom window from waste pipes when neighbour empties bath. Neighbour was in and water is run into bath. Guinness plumber tries to tell me it is not leaking. Say they have run water so no problem. I have to tell them I know water pressure from a full tub would force water out of any weak spots while running tap would not. As if *they* did not know. There were no other obstructions to getting the job done of replacing the pipes on the wall other than Guinness desire not to. Plumber was standing on a ladder by the pipes. I have been in this sort situation many times over with my complex downstairs flat. Due to a *very* long lived toilet overflow leak (and also I think the boiler overflow leaks that have also gone on above it) my bathroom double glazing is now failed (misty). Guinness have already tried to tell me it is no problem when I raised it that my bathroom window does not close fully.
Hi Kloe. Yes all my future conversations with Guinness will be recorded -by me. Because of Guinness go-to lies resulting in the loss of my human rights and it willl become a complaint with that all crucial *evidence*. To use words your conplaints team like to use -Guinness have "no right" being on Trustpilot.

Gemma was very understanding, patient and kind and i really felt listened to by Gemma and she has took the time to speak to someone and informed me about different options for me and sending someone out to see me . After 12 months and several phone calls resulting in broken promises I called today and finally got a helpful member of staff. Gillian understood my frustration and instead of feeding me the usual spiel all the others have fed me, she actually went out of her way to help and resolve the issue. Maybe train all of your staff to Gillians standards as she is by far the best member of staff i have spoken to at your company.

Very polite young gentleman answered phone and with my list of what needs to be done at my property and with ease of chat began. All of my requests were answered and dealt with after an unsuccessful online attempt did not help.

Your customer service representative was polite, efficient and helpful. She listened carefully to what I said and acted fast to solve my problem. She really did a great job!
