Nice wetsuit, terrible zip
Bought a 6 4 Yamamoto neoprene wetsuit. Quality felt good but the zip was a deal breaker…. It was so difficult to zip it up, even with warm hands. Had to pay my own return postage - very unusual that this isn’t automatic and free like with other companies. Refund was quick

Order cancelled due to poor stock management - again
Second time I’ve ordered a change robe from Gul only to be disappointed by the order being cancelled. If you haven’t got the software to manage stock during a sale, don’t bother having a sale!

Awful return service, don’t use
The wetsuit I ordered was too small, which in itself is not a problem.
However your returns service is appalling. Accessing a return form is virtually impossible and to add insult to injury not only do you have to pay for postage to have the item delivered in the first place you also have to pay to return the item as well. Terrible service and one won’t be recommending to anyone
