Conditions like in a lousy bazaar!
After this company delivered the wrong tires, they refused to collect them again. At first, they apparently chose to ignore messages until PayPal Buyer Protection was activated. Suddenly, things started moving after all. However, this was followed by more than 30 emails within 3 weeks, without creating any actual solutions. Instead, even more problems and illegal demands arose. Then the courier was ordered to some place in the middle of nowhere, 250 km away — but not to the agreed residential address.
What kind of conditions are these?!
Apparently, they are not aware of which (EU) laws apply to online commerce. Nor do they seem to understand what PayPal Buyer Protection actually is — namely, a safeguard that exists precisely for such disastrous situations. They also repeatedly tried to move communication away from PayPal, which is of course unacceptable.
These conditions truly feel like being at a cheap bazaar, rather than dealing with a proper and professional online retailer.
This company may attract customers with low prices, but everything else is one complete disaster! NEVER AGAIN. The lesson learned: always pay with PayPal to protect yourself from such practices.
Just as a side note: Croatia is no longer socialist, but part of the EU, where online trade is regulated!
