Overall good experience with GunBroker and seller.

I purchased an item, but then realized that it was listed incorrectly. His grips have two different types of wood. It was defective and that was not mentioned in the listing, but I was able to detect it on one of the pictures. I reached out to the seller and he admitted the item is defective, even though he didn’t mention it in the listing. I requested to cancel with him. Then you locked my account when he filed a non-paying buyer on me. I feel like this is not really fair. My actions were reasonable.

It’s been great so far. Will be doing a lot more selling.

Well it took a little while, email only now but I've been with gun broker for so long back in the day you could actually call and talk to somebody so now I guess it's only through email my issue was I moved my auction and the reserve didn't follow so it sold ridiculously for pennies so I contacted GunBroker and the buyer work something out with the buyer make him happy then tried to relist the item and it said my selling privileges in red was suspended and then I was charged for the sale and the taxes on something I did not sell. I'm almost afraid to sell on GunBroker I've asked to have a different account even if I lose my feedback and start over fresh because I know for a fact years ago someone was selling on my account and it wasn't me thank you GunBroker for helping me I need to go in and check and see if everything's been done as per your emails to me I haven't been in my account since the item sold without the reserve being met.

I bought a p365 fcu and when it arrived the retaining pin was missing. Very easy thing to pop off and you now not even realize it. Contacted them and gave me the 25 needed to buy a new one off my order. Awesome seller will buy again. Very good with communication.

Gunbroker is complete garbage now. In the past they were great but now they are awful. Since they have gone AI, yes per Outdoor Holding Company who owns Gunbroker. I submitted a help ticket 4 times for a simple issue and never heard back from Gunbroker. I cannot login simply because when it wants to text me a PIN code but my number is different from my actual number. I just want assistance to update my account so I can access my account but nope after a month no response. Thanks Gunbroker… you suck!
