Measurement instructions easy to follow, delivered in just over 5 weeks after order was made. Trews needed a couple of minor adjustments, of which Gunn & Grant promptly paid £30.

An absolute 10/10 experience from Michael. I emailed late one night asking about my tartan that wasn't featured on the website. Within an hour it was added and ready for an order; at this price with strong customer relations it was a no brainer to go with Gunn & Grant.
I received my fully lined trews 6 weeks after and fit perfectly, but good to know that they could be tailored gratuitously if needed.
Absolutely no doubt that I would recommend to anyone looking for trews that this is the company to go with!

From start to finish this has to be the best service and quality of product I've ever had. The easy to follow instructions for measuring, communications regarding tartan availability in themselves were great, but when the Trews arrived so well wrapped with care and attention I was totally blown away by the pure quality of the product. I purchased braces as a gift for my son. They were stunning. However, I had not accounted for the fact that my son has no taste and consequently didn’t share the love! I requested a return, was sent a prepaid label with Royal Mail collection. The money was refunded in full once the braces were delivered back. So simple. Outstanding customer service.
