Great website! Lots of stuff to browse through and good prices.

Ordered some spring bars, took over a week to arrive, the ones that arrived were wrong, and they won’t respond to emails.

Nial at Guru Watches is a real star. He originally won my business by helping me with a watch I hadn't even bought from him—he simply went above and beyond.

I naturally bought my next watch from him. When it developed a fault a year later, his support was fantastic, and he had it fixed speedily. Highly recommended for both sales and service!

Worst ever customer support! Tried to modify my order (a clip on Marathon Compass) and sent 2 emails ( 3and 4 days ago)-no one ever came back to me!
7 days since I paid for it and not a single update on my order!

Great service and great products

Very good communication regarding an out of stock watch, and surprisingly quick delivery! I am also very pleased with the watch - a Davosa Ternos medium, which is extremely well made for the price, and sits very well on my wrist, which many larger watches don't.

Great price, great service - delivered fast where others could not. Will certainly use again!

No respond on mail, contact form etc. That was second order and probably last. Sadly I cant recommend them.
