Probably a simple request for the GM Team, but my order was executed and processed simply, professionally and the product is great quality.
Would recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with the service. Edward and the team were responsive, enthusiastic, helpful and flexible. I was kept up to date on timelines and plans and when I made changes to plans those were accommodated. I also felt that the value for money was good. Finally at the fitting stage I was very satisfied with the team. John delivered the gym with one of his colleagues and installed everything in a friendly and professional manner. The end result is one that I’m very happy with.

Edward and team greatly exceeded expectations in a challenging time during which to equip a gym. Personalised service and wonderful products; very knowledgable about the supply chain of merchandise. The curated product line also shows great attention to detail. Will definitely use Gym Marine again.

I was trying to find some Nuo Flexbell dumbbells and had ordered them some time back from another company (it was a pre-order). The date came and went and I heard nothing. It was then that I found Gym Marine Yachts & Interiors. They had the item I wanted, I was able to telephone and speak to someone (thanks Robyn) who answered all my questions and ensured that I received the items on time. She even contacted me once the item had arrived to make sure all was OK. Given the pandemic I found their customer service way and above other companies' abilities, even before the outbreak.

We ordered a stages sc3 spin bike from Gym Marine. The service was exceptional throughout. I think most people have experienced the disappointment of ordering an item, being given promises and then being left disappointed. Not so with Gym Marine. Edward and Robyn were in regular contact and I was given a time slot well in advance for my fully assembled bike to be delivered. The service exceeded my expectations.

I ordered some NOHrD equipment and a Life Fitness treadmill from Gym Marine and Edward was only to happy to help and arranged very quick delivery and I could not have been more pleased. Top customer service. Would thoroughly recommend

Thank you Gym Marine for an dumbbell set.  The design is compact and useful while being aesthetically pleasing, unlike most other gym equipment.  The fast shipping was appreciated too!

What service from these guys in such strange times.

We bought a new Cross Trainer and they sourced one, and delivered it in a week.
They came out at the weekend and assembled it , no easy feat.
To be applauded and recommended without reserve.

Discussed the various options for a spinning bike, placed the order which was delivered ahead of schedule, supported on delivery and it is now fully operating for me including being connected the relevant technology.

With gym equipment tricky to get hold of at the moment, Ed and the team kept me up to date with my order. The equipment was delivered within a couple of days, the quality and finish is fanatic.

I am so happy with the dumbbells I ordered quality is amazing but you pay for what you get I guess. Team were really helpful informative and kept me updated at all stages with delivery .Given the covid pandemic I was so impressed came in just over a week from order . Would highly recommend

Found these guys online after the recent lockdown, massively struggling to find some adjustable dumbbells to use whilst stuck at home. Called through and spoke with the MD Edward, who was extremely helpful and whilst the product I was enquiring about was out of stock, he gave me the heads up on another (turns out better) product that was coming in shortly. He kept an eye out for my order and I received them a week later. Excellent customer service during extremely difficult times, thank you very much.

Very happy with the service received. Quick and very helpful.

I wanted to thank the Gym Marine team for my new Concept 2 rowing machine that i purchased form them.
I had it shipped internationally and Georgia followed the shipping all the way and helped all she could with getting it cleared with customs and to my door.
Also was very easy to communicate with the in getting my quote and also answering any questions i had.
