Took 6 working days to deliver which compared to the other companies I deal with is too long - sorry.

Competitive price, arrived in specified time - would use again for sure........

Awful communication. Ordered some competitively priced shower parts showing 1-2 day delivery; received a swift acknowledgement of order. After a week of waiting, I chased with an email that was not responded to. After 2 weeks I chased by phone, to be told (politely) that the item would be another 7 days before they received it from their suppliers (so of course I cancelled the order). This is a joke. Customers should be kept informed of any delays as any serious online business would do. Item is still showing 1-2 day delivery on their website. Will not be using again and certainly will not be recommending.

This item was ordered and we paid for fedex delivery. We have been without our shower for a week now and the part still has not arrived! I sent e-mail today chasing order and still do not have it. Cannot believe you want feedback when you have not supplied goods.

Ordered on Monday expecting delivery within 2 days. Phoned on Wednesday am to chase only to be told that their suppliers had yet to deliver to them. Wednesday pm told that the order would be with them Thursday and delivered to me Friday. Waited around all day but nothing arrived. Phoned Friday pm only to be told that it had still not arrived with them but should be with them following Monday. Am now awaiting delivery on Tuesday. Fingers crossed!
I know that things can be delayed but please keep your customers informed of what's happening at each stage.

I recently ordered a Saniplus from you and was told it would be with me in 1-2 days. When it hadn't arrived after 3 days I called and was told that you did not in fact have any in stock and someone forgot to send me an email with that information. It cost me a wasted day as my plumber had been booked and he charged me cancellation.
I got straight on the phone to another company who had the same product delivered within 24hrs for only a few pound more. Needless to say I won't be using you again.

Finding the brand of water filter I needed was easy enough as there were lots of sites that sold them. Some offered cheaper copies but I wanted to play safe and get the original model and H-I-E.co.uk had them in stock at a reasonable price. The order was delivered two days after the order was placed so top marks there. One very satisfied customer.

Ordered a shower part online, 2 to 3 day delivery promise. Recieved conformation e mail of my order.
3 days later, part had not arrived, rang them, told part not in stock, will have to ring supplier, may be able to get it in about a week !

What a joke i told them to forget it. Guy on phone said the website details were not always accurate ! Pathetic.

Goods as described, fast delivery, satisfied customer.

Cheaper than the rest and the customer service was brilliant. I'd use them again.

Having never dealt with the company before, I was looking for a shower pump and found the company to be very comparable in price. I placed the order on a Wednesday and on Friday checked to see progress. I was told that the pump was not in stock but one was expected that day. Imagine my surprise when the pump arrived by Fed Ex. on the Saturday morning. Great Service.

Purchased replacement bath panel & toilet seat. Both arrived very quickly & well packaged. Unfortunately, the toilet seat ordered was incorrect (my error) but the returns procedure was quick and efficient.

Low price, fast delivery, and as described what more could you ask for !

Reasonably priced and very, very prompt delivery.h the postage seemed a bit steep, it arrived next working day. Exactly what you need when you're in the middle of a project. Great value and great service.

Ordered a showerhead from this company as a replacement and it shipped in record time. Very happy with item - would recommend the website, it's clear, well stocked and easy to navigate.

Wish the item had turned up before this request to review their service. So far I can only say poor as I haven't received an eta on an item I ordered a week ago!
