Excellent company - great customer service

I've ordered a few things from this company in the past - the items have arrived promptly and been exactly as described. Recently I had a problem with an item and I must say the customer service was faultless. Everything sorted with a brief exchange of emails and the bits I needed to resolve the problem arrived next day. Sometimes dealing with companies when you don't have a face to face relationship can be a little worrying - but this company really delivered.
