Marie smith Norton I am suggesting that you stop sending me your un solicited junk mail in the post addressed to just my property. So what if you want to sell it and or have some one to buy it . I COULDN’T GIVE A STUFF . I am not selling and if I was you would be last on my list. I’m the only one in a road of 8 properties who got your un solicited junk mail which you have broken my zero tolerance policy with your unsolicited “ crap”. . Yes you know exactly where you can stick it. Any more lands at my address
I can assure you that you will be more than reported and matters taken further.
This company do the dirty on every one. I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.

We want to say a big thank you to Brandon, at the time I was overseas and we were looking for a house to buy for when I returned in December. Brandon was very helpful in keeping my wife in touch with properties becoming available and with the viewing process. In a fast moving and competitive market Brandon helped us to secure a property that met all our needs.

We were struggling to connect with the branch in March and not sure if the concierge system works, so decided to visit in person.
When we arrived the door was locked and there was someone inside but initially we thought he was ignoring our tap on the door but this wasn’t the case he was on a call and as soon as he finished he came to the door and invited us in.
We explained we wanted to view a property we’d seen online and he was heading out there anyway so said to follow him.
Quickly checked our registration details and we were off.
Didn’t like the property and stood talking to him outside the property and outlining our very specific needs (mobility issues so bungalow preferably) and skills we run our home improvement business so are scared of a project.
The gentleman’s name is Russell Octave.
Russell very quickly suggested he had just the property for us, it’s a bungalow in a really nice part of town but in need of a complete refurbishment. He got straight on the phone to the vendor, was quite assertive in getting us a viewing there and then and it was a great fit! Close to town, quiet area, nice area , a project but priced accordingly.
Before the end of the day we’d had an offer accepted and we’re now going through the purchase process.
The experience that we received from Russell demonstrated to us that he is a very good listener and estate agent - Thank You Russell!
