Since May this year no one from Haart Luton has answered my several calls or reply to my several emails.
Early this week I tried to call again and thank God Kateryna has answered. She was so kind, friendly, open to help and professional. She listened carefully to everything I had to say and enquired about, answered all my questions and today she followed up with an email confirming everything we discussed and reassured me about everything was concerning me.
So everything I needed to be dealt with for the last 6 months, Kateryna effectively and efficiently actioned and closed the case for us.
We had a rented flat managed by Haart just by the end of this month, but had very very poor communication from them over the last 2 years.
So, based on my last 2 years experience with this agency, think Kateryna is a valuable asset for any company she would work for.

I have had problems from the moment I handed them the keys to my property. I was charged for an inventory I did for myself of 3 items. Money is taken off the rent without discussion, communication is very poor as the office I deal with do not answer calls or respond to voice messages. For 8 months I have waited for them to give notice to the tenant and it is still not done and its pointless to complain as complaints are glazed over! I will never ever deal with HAART again!

Had a good experience throughout the whole process.

Bodie has made the whole process perfect, from his punctuality with getting back to us very promptly when we had any queries, to his underpinning knowledge of the property. He has been very approachable and helpful from the start.

Moved into a house with Bodie, very helpful and knowledgeable on the viewing and found exactly what I wanted. I look for house for a long time due to corona but he made everything easy and safe, referencing done in a couple of days and moved in a week later. Thank you for all the help and will tell all my family and friends to use Haart when they need a house to live.

I’m having to relocate with work in a the next few months and needed information regarding properties for me and my family. Spoke to Bodie from Haart who has been very helpful recommending safe arrears for my family and even looked into schooling close by for me. Although not ready to move yet I was very impressed with his local knowledge and will definitely rent with Bodie When we are ready to move.
