Do they actually want to sell properties
My partner and I had an initial phone call with Ben over a new build shared ownership property advertised. Which went very well, told we meet all qualifications for the property. After phone call we went for look around the area the property was was fully aware it is still in construction. Whilst we we there, we decided to pop into another estate agents show home to see if they had any more information for us that we could use to decide if we wanted the property only to be advised that Haart have no properties on the estate. Since this My partner has emailed twice and called 5 times to be told everytime that ben is on a call and will call her back, this call back is yet to happen as is a response to the emails and I have also emailed once and called 3 times again to be told ben is on a call and will call back, guess what no call back received and no reply to my email. Do you actually want to sell the properties you have available? Because you're not going to if you don't come back to your customers.
DO NOT USE!!!
Went into the store and witnessed the manager Charlotte belittling and bullying the staff and swearing whilst on the phone.
Not forgetting how the sales people are ALWAYS CALLING AND BERATING! Then have the audacity to ask for a 5 star review as they get paid for them if you mention their name!!!
I knew estate agents are known to be awful but this one is by far the worst.
Going to William H Brown!!
Eric and his Colleagues from Norwich…
Eric and his Colleagues from Norwich were so patient and ooim disabled and had to cancel evaluation due to circumstances beyond my control. They were so nice and professional. I'm booking at the end of the year.
Tyron and Aston at Haart
Tyron and Aston were fantastic in helping me let my property. They were both very professional and found me a Tenant in about a week.
They took care of all the legal stuff and guided me through the process.
Haarts fees are very reasonable too, which matters!
First class service :)
Wouldn't use again
Unfortunately, this isn't going to be a good review. We were trying to sell our house and in July, we signed up with Haart (Norwich city branch). In the time that we were with them, communication was minimal, unless one of us went into the office. A couple of weeks ago, we decided to change agents, due to the poor communication and zero viewings. I went into the office to ask for my keys back, only to be told by Charlotte, the manager, that they had no keys for our house! After an assurance that they most certainly DID have our keys, I received a message from a member of staff, with a photo of my keys, and an explanation that they had been put onto someone else's keys with a different address! A minimal 'sorry for that' is expected to suffice. A search to find an independent contact (area manager) to complain/explain to, hit a brick wall, because the website has no information whatsoever, and even the helpful bot cut off the messaging when I asked for the information. I would have preferred to speak with the company directly, but lack of contact info has prevented that. So, Trustpilot it is. My advice to prospective house sellers is DON'T EVEN CONSIDER HAART. They don't appear to have any form of customer care training and from my experience, no communication training either.
My old landlord gave my contact details…
My old landlord gave my contact details to Haart in Norwich to contact us about getting a valuation.
We have since moved out, this was July.
I have contacted Haart asking for my details to be removed at least twice now, and both times have been told that my details have been removed and yet I am still receiving calls daily. At this point I do not pick up, in fact I have marked them as spam, but very fed up with getting so many voice mails.
This is a breach of gdpr at this point, as I asked for my information to be removed from the system, it was not my house for sale and considering we had to leave via a section 21 this has all been very stressful.
Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed , Avoid This Agency
My experience with Haart Agency Properties in Norwich has been a nightmare. Over three years, they placed tenants who caused vandalism, and their commitment to managing the property has been shockingly poor. Communication is chaotic every time a new agent takes over, I have to start from scratch. Promises are made but never kept. They’re quick to charge fees but offer no real service in return. I’ve been waiting over four months for compensation they said they'd recover, with zero proactive updates. Nice on the phone, but totally ineffective. I would strongly advise others to avoid them.

Some really great advice from a team member today - Karice, I think her name was. Super helpful, enthusiastic and eager to help. Very approachable experience.
Never ever use this unprofessional…
Never ever use this unprofessional company, they will steal from you or get you with some kind of small print charges. This company should no longer be in existence, I would never let any of their employees anywhere near my property again,. BE WARNED

I’m looking for a new home and have been dealing with Cal. He’s professional, courteous and listens to my requirements. Also, viewed a property with the elderly owner at home. Cal was charming and respectful to the gentleman.

Seem to actively NOT want to sell houses
Seem to actively NOT want to sell houses... just received a call back at 4.15pm on Friday following my request on Monday morning and 3 further phone calls requesting a viewing. Promised a call back each time. I've viewed 15 other properties and bought one in the time it took them to return my call. Baffling lack of interest in doing their jobs - vendors beware!

“Such a fraudulent letting agency! I have never experienced anything like this. They took money for the rent agreement more than two months ago and still haven’t resolved it.”

Exceptional Customer Service - Recommended
I have worked with many estate agents buying, renting and selling property. It is key when dealing with clients that you listen to the needs of the client and understand that their needs are the priority. I recently asked Haart Norwich to organise the letting of my property. Letting property is a risk and can be very stressful. Bethany from the Norwich Office made the whole process easy, stress-free and quick. Bethany listened to my needs, understood the situation and made the whole process of letting my property an absolute dream. When I had many other things happening in my life she focussed on what needed to happen and maintained composure throughout leading to excellent communication and the property being let in no time. I thank Bethany and the team so much and look forward to working with her and the team in the future, Thank you. Recommended!

Awful everything
Great at letting places out. Uncontactable when you have problems. Let issues go on for months then when you move out they try to charge you for the problems which were caused by them not looking into maintance issues for months. Not sure how they got any good reviews everyone I have spoken to has had a horrific experience.
In reply to the reply ... if I could have contacted the lettings team I wouldn't have had reason to leave this review ... the time it took you to reply to this review proves my point.

The worst lettings company I've ever…
The worst lettings company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The Norwich branch are impossible to get hold of, have no idea what is happening with the properties, landlords and tenants that they're meant to be looking after. Their complaints process doesn't work as they again refuse to acknowledge. Please avoid at all costs.

No response, Financial Ombudsman here I come
My landlord used Haart to advertise the property I rent with her and to control my monthly payments etc. (worth noting that as I am a single parent, they pressured her into taking out additional expensive insurance rather than ask me for a guarantor, but anyway)
My landlord terminated the agreement with Haart once my 12 months was up, I now deal directly with her.
The first month after we had terminated, I received 2 threatening letters, advising I had defaulted on my rent. No calls, no emails, nothing. Just threatening letters. My landlord called them and put this right. Fast forward to a few months later, in my rush to send my rent payment to my landlord via BACS, I accidentally sent it to Haart (my fault for setting up both payee's as similar names). Rather than alert myself or my landlord, they sent this payment to my landlord, minus around £50 processing fee! £50 to move a payment along to my landlord!
Disgusted, I scoured their terms and conditions and found nothing to suggest that this was warranted. With a tenancy agreement void, and no applicable terms & conditions, my landlord attempted to call Haart. The Norwich office never responded to calls, we were passed from pillar to post. Upon calling another branch, the service my landlord was met with was nothing short of abysmal. And no resolution was reached.
I emailed on 8th November requesting their complaints procedure, nothing. On 14th November, I chased that email, and also requested assurance that the "missed payment" had not been recorded against my name. Nothing.
Tonight I have emailed every colleague I have ever had contact with at Haart. Said email has bounced from all colleagues. I think it says a lot about a company when staff turn around is that high.
It may only be £50, but that fee is completely disproportionate to the effort it took for someone in their accounts department to notice an erroneous payment, and to send it along to the correct recipient. The decent thing to do would have been to send it BACK.
If I receive no satisfactory response in the next week, I will be pursuing my case with the Financial Ombudsman Services.
Sadly, like many other 1* reviewers, I doubt I will receive a response, or even a comment on my review.

TOTALLY USELESS.
TOTALLY USELESS.
I try to call the office in Norwich and people answer the phone who are either hard of hearing or just not at all interested. You ask the manager to call you back and they do not.I complained and asked them to get Paul Smith to call me to help him understand how bad Norwich branch is and he did not call me.
THEY ARE NOW JUST USELESS. NOT INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER.
