I have recently completed a changeover of tenancy, which has thrown up several varied issues over a period of weeks. Throughout this time the support provided by Charlotte Fox, at Haart Colchester, has been exemplary. Always polite, friendly and efficient she has dealt with each issue diplomatically, successfully reconciling the expectations of landlord and tenant.
