Flink is a unique technology that matches your home’s best features with things your buyers love, so they’re more likely to click, arrange a viewing and make an offer.
Rather than concentrating on selling themselves, our agents focus on the reasons why you’re moving, so they understand how to help you best.
Our size and reach means we can get you moved, smarter.
We don’t think you should pay a penny to someone to sell your home, unless they actually do. So we don’t charge you until we have.

This company is only interested in getting my commission. No other help is ever offered. It was a disaster from day one. I was told I was letting my tiny flat to a young couple instead I found a family of 4. A middle aged couple and 2 children. I hasten to say that the tenants have been very good and I do not want to lose them. Every time I try to contact Haart I cannot get through, I am then passed to different branches who cannot help me and I am told somebody will call me back but nobody ever does. I could write a book with my frustration with Haart. The only way I could get rid of them is by getting rid of my tenants but I do not want to put a family of 4 with children in the nearby school just to get rid of Haart. I feel really desperate. Haart has even raised its commission mid contract. I wish the Government would help me to get rid of this rogue agency. If I could I would have given no stars.
Useless, incompetent, and frankly dangerous. Keep getting aggressive and threatening calls and emails asking for rent payments for a property I moved out of 3 years ago because they haven’t updated their system. Would not trust them with anything.
The most frustrating house selling experience of our lives. Communication with the agents was awful, they forwarded private emails to our sellers regularly making the relationship between us strained, they ordered the release of keys to our property before the funds for the sale had even arrived in our account on completion day. As vendors we feel we did most of the leg work accelerating the sale so we were loathed to have to pay for the ‘service’ at the end. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity.
Seriously awful!
Have never managed to speak with anyone on the phone despite calling tens of times.
Their emails are random, sporadic and usually contain incorrect information.
Not too sure how they're still in business.

My partner and I required to renew our tenancy agreement. We love the flat and Jan Kurek the letting agent provided us with timely help and made the process easy and quick. He was able to provide us with additional information and was very kind! We look forward to continuing our current tenancy.

Frustrated with the property management team that i'm dealing with. For the entire tenancy it's been difficult to get responses to emails, phone calls and left messages. Overall terrible experience with the 2 different management teams who I've been dealing with over the past year. I've called nearly every day this week with not a single one being answered or a response to my voicemail.

After a few months listed with Acorn, my fortunes really turned with the haart team in Dulwich.
haart presented a better listing of the property, showed initiative to do a video tour and were incredibly supportive through the drawn-out selling process. I'm sure their Rightmove positioning was a big help too.
Both Bahar and Nick were very friendly and professional to work with throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend haart!

As a first-time buyer, I had heard that estate agents likely wouldn't treat me well, but Haart really did underperform even my lowest expectations. From lying to me on multiple occasions, to extremely selective communication - which meant that crucial information was not passed on in time, if at all in some cases, but anything phrased in a way that might cause problems in the chain would be passed on verbatim - they were absolutely more of a hindrance than a help. Obviously as a buyer I have no say in who gets used, and they took no care to be even vaguely polite, let alone hold themselves to a professional standard, and I can't think of a single thing that they did which helped the chain at all, we all had good quality conveyancers and their incessant hounding only slowed everyone down and caused endless exasperation.
