I contacted Haarts Estate Agents to get a valuation done of my brother's property. I required this information to provide to the Court proceedings relating to the extension of the lease, as my brother lacks the mental capacity to deal with this himself.
Initially, I was given every assurance that the valuation would be carried out, and an appointment was arranged for a member of staff to visit the property. Unfortunately, I never heard anything further.

Each time I telephoned, I was told that the manager was unavailable and that I would receive a call back. Despite these assurances no one contacted me. Eventually, I explained that, if Haart was unable to assist I would have to seek help elsewhere. During this conversation, Patrick from the Walthamstow branch replied "Ok" and ended the call. I found this response dismissive, unprofessional and lacking in courtesy, particularly given the circumstances. I would have expected a more professional approach from a company such as Haart. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We were renting with the agency for 6 years, so difficult to get in touch with them.
We sent dozens of emails, recorded letter to them to arrange an early release from the contract, never responded.
Finally we hardly found the landlady contact details and she replied to our email to agree for an early release.
Now we are trying to get our deposit back, Haart never responded although we have an email from landlady thanking us for the clean condition we left the house. We raised an complaint with the deposit scheme.
Avoid at all costs, do not use them.

The walthamstow Haart office is a complete joke and unprofessional

i was meant to have a viewing at a property for saturday 12th July for 3:45pm.
On the way there(10 mins away) i receive a call from the agent Izel, to inform me that the landlord had to cancel due to them not being there, which is v unprofessional leaving it to last minute, so i had to reschedule for this Tuesday for 3:45pm again

To make things worse, not only did the Agent or Landlord not turn up but when i attempted to contact them to the office and agent, i either not no response or they hung up on me after 4 rings!

It was v unprofessional and frustrating to have my time wasted and id never want to do any Lettings with this company again for this kind of treatment

Astonishly bad. They gave a poor service throughout, then when we finally completed, I picked up the keys and they didn't work. Haarts refused to do anything about it and then closed the office, leaving me standing on the doorstep. Their response both to me and to my solicitor is that it isn't their responsibility to give me access to the flat I have bought from them, saying I should change the locks myself. My only recourse is through the small claims court, and having spent my life's savings with them I still can't get in to the flat.

Have been renting through haart, great service and always helpful and supportive, Katie Hunter is always at the end of the line to sort out any problems or issues, also very quick to get the issues sorted which is much appreciated.

Sold my late uncles house with this company I have no issues with the sale of the property but being in Walthamstow it sold it self my only gripe is I was quoted £8600 in fees ended up.being £10800 which is very steep alll so I found out at work that my manager was selling his property with this company but was only being charged £6000 and his property was more exspensive than mine so I feel cheated and ripped of my this company obviously not a trust worthy company

Very poor service and customer service from the beginning until the end.
This agency and landlords that work with the agency is all about making money. Landlords that work with them are dodgy as well, our landlord came to visit our property unauthorised. Landlord don’t care at all about the property, of course. When they gave us the flat, later that we had arranged and stinking of tobacco we had to buy a purifier so we could live there and ventilate for over a week, wash curtains so the smell will go away.
At the check out, we cleaned and try to leave the flat as good as possible. Of course, the agency try to squeeze money from us without investigating if the issue was already there. They told me to throw away a broken mirror and then ask me money for it. Katie Hunter needs a customer service course and NEVER picks up the phone. I would like to exclude Callum Crundwell as he was professional always.

When I first moved into my flat, I had a few issues that needed to be fixed, which were done promptly and with little fuss. Since then, I've identified a few more faults and have been waiting over two weeks for someone to come and fix them. Some of these directly impact on my day-to-day living. I called three times and was told they were chasing the landlord. I got a text on a Friday asking if I would be available at noon on Sunday for the landlord's contractor to come, which I was, but no one ever showed up. I thought it was weird they were going to come Sunday but was pleased someone was going to come - too bad they never did. Because it's Sunday, I can't get in touch with the property management team either, and am still stuck with these same issues.

It was so easy to spoke with Leticia RomeoGarcia. She was so helpful for me and my husband . Thank her so much .

Our boiler has Brocken down on Wednesdays evening I reported this immediately following that someone came out to look at the boiler at 16:00 the next day, we the received an email informing us that someone would be in touch to make an appointment to fix the boiler I have children under 5 years in the house it has now been 5 days without heating and hot water we are still waiting for someone from haart to resolve this on there part this should be deemed as an emergency repair I have tried calling there office all day and still no answer or reply.

Just to clarify your offer of temporary heating only came about after I wrote this review you emailed me at 16:00 with the offer of getting additional heating that we would be reimbursed for….
Your customer service and care skills are very poor someone should of come out and showed us how to use the back up Immersion hot water system because this did not work…
