Cannot recommend at all.

First time selling a house, I made the mistake of going with the 1st agent that could come out, had I known what my experience was going to like I would never have chosen Haart in Harwich. From allowing a viewer to go in on his own and peel wallpaper (presumably to look at the wall behind) The house was unoccupied and needed a lot of work but I suspect it was never put on the open market and instead a couple of calls were made to known buy to let buyers. Poor communication throughout the process and the conveyancers recommended were abysmal (after signing up I noticed that 50% of their charges went to Haart!) Not a company I would suggest you use.
