Heart mucks upo, but no apology!

Heart Hockley have moved to Haart Rayleigh. Their Hockley particulars still carry the Hockley address so I went there spent £1.40 to park to find they had moved some time ago. To compound the issue my colleague called no less than 4 times before 10 am and the phone was not answered.

When I brought this up at the Rayleigh agent the estate agent couldn’t care less or apologise. Further even though he asked for my business card he then asked me to fill my details in on his agency sheet. I signed it appropriately but pointed out I had given him my card so could he. He then told me I had to do it or he would ring my client and my boss.

I refused suggested I call off the survey when he gave me the keys.

I didnt get his name but he was rather effeminate- when I returned with the keys he was not there.
