I’ve had the pleasure of working with Beatrice Bejenaru as my Property Manager over the years, and she has been brilliant throughout. Always professional, responsive, patient, and genuinely supportive whenever any issues came up with the property or tenancy matters.

She made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel much easier, and her communication was consistently clear and proactive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

A real credit to Haart, and thoroughly deserving of becoming a Senior Property Manager. Thank you again for all your help, Beatrice. Highly recommended.

Avoid. Zubairshowed us house nevertrust and he didnt tell us landlord living abroad. Now washing machine is not working landlord is not ready to exchange adking for half half. Even we already paid 83 pounds to the technician visited our property to check the machine.
The engineer come to fix the machine is saying drum and rrlay gone have to buy newone. But landlordis notreplying. Hiw much stressful condition we have. Donttrust haart and a person name zubair.

Understandable speaking and very good at helping.

Haart Slough have given us the worst experience and we was completely misled by this agency.

My partner and I were dealing with Shannon and everything was going so well, after signing the contract and payment of deposit we were then told to pick up the keys from the property.

We have got to the property and after asking questions about a section of the house that the house keeper was reluctant to show, we found out that the house keeper and his family live in the property!

The signed agreement told us nothing about people living in the property we will be living in! There was no tennis net but we was promised a tennis court, camera system and many things promised have now been retrieved.

The agent now has said they don’t manage the property after receiving thousands of pounds worth of deposit.

We are extremely traumatised with this experience, we now are trying to find out what we can do as we do not feel safe living in the same property with a family we know nothing about.

I have been dealing with Haart Slough to manage 3 flats in Slough over the past couple of years. Over that time I have dealt with 3-4 different managers who are all very nice individually but turnover is so high that there is no continuity. Due to this, the service levels have become appalling. I have recently had a change of tenancy and despite numerous emails/phone calls to confirm the final details for the move today, the tenant still hasn't received the AST to sign, no monies have been paid, it has incorrect date and landlord name on it anyway and they haven't confirmed with previous tenants the checkout date/drop keys or inventory/check-in with new tenants - it is a mess!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by agent Harmeet Kaur. She had a most warm, welcoming and facilitating disposition. Her patience, persistence and humility made the process one that was done with much ease. I would highly recommend this company with no hesitation. The service was excellent.

All the process was done quickly and smoothly. Harmeet and harjit made our moving very easily. They do work professionally and are very supportive. Always responded at time. Thank you team haart.

Not only have I had to chase for every monthly payment over the course of a year, I have not been receiving support or even a response to some of the most basic things I needed help with. Terrible service, no transparency, no follow-ups, not to mention they messed up some of the agreements and caused confusion between me and my tenant. Would not recommend

Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Poor service, no updates on the sale of my property, no feedback on viewings, messages from me and calls never returned. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor service all round, no response from lettings, no call back, no email back, clearly no interest in my property. Things were alot smoother, when Emilio was in branch, shame he left, which I only found out when calling through to their reception team. Shocking. Will be moving over to another agency

If I could I won’t rate any stars due to the fact that Amal has left the business, she has been helpful throughout her time there god knows what happened but I found this out myself after carrying out enquiries.
I have called and left messages at the Slough branch for 2 weeks with the Lettings team, they kept informing me they have passed the message and yet again done nothing, the service is a disgrace, no communication what so ever I have my property listed with Haart on their website/zoopla god knows how many potential Byers have been missed as I tried the phone on the listed property and couldn’t even get through.
I could say Haart have lacked in communication from both the Slough and Maidenhead team and with that said I will be taking my service else where.
I DONT THINK HAART HAVE A HEART !!!!

I have recently been dealing with Harjit Sahota in the Haart Slough office and he has been fantastic. Normally it is hard to get hold of lettings staff but he is so quick to respond to emails, phone calls and even came to meet me on site when required. He found me tenants really quickly and has made my life so much easier. Thank you Harjit!

Absolutely useless - Yes, they are nice and pleasant at the beginning because they want your business. We had a tenant that caused over 10k worth of damage - we paid HAART £258 a month to look after our property as we moved abroad and they only checked it once in just short of 2 years ad that was only because we made a fuss - appalling customer service - appalling management right through to their investigatory directors - I would most definitely not recommend them to anybody - totally useless.

Shame you don’t give the opportunity to reply to your pathetic response of taking it up with the ombudsman. You are a shower of rubbish and I pray to god you go out of business, do not pity me with your poor responses, you lot should be held responsible for your extremely unprofessional customer services where you just rip the heart out of your customers and take money, like over 5k from us for doing absolutely nothing! You lot are a sham and disgusting people who I wish I never had the misfortune to ever meet!! I will make sure that everyone I know never ever uses your poor useless services

I’m in the process of renting my property through Haart estate agents and Emilio Ascione has been dealing with my property.
He’s has been brilliant, I thoroughly recommend using Emilio. He is a lovely charming agent. I am very happy with how he has dealt with my property.

Absolutely useless.

We have been a landlord through Haart for a year now and have paid them £100 a month to manage the property. during this time they have persistently ignored our requests for information, failed to respond to the tenants requests for repairs or our emails authorising them, sent through the rent late and generally given us absolutely no reason to believe they are even slightly competent.

They are now selling the flat for us as the experience of renting has been so awful, and they are still failing to follow our instructions and provide information.

I cannot wait to get the whole thing over with so I never, ever have to deal with Haart ever again.

Ahsan-Ul-Haq Ibrar went above and beyond to provide a 5 star service. Had the flat viewing arranged, price negotiated, referencing process set in motion and everything else arranged within the same day! Which definitely makes me tip my hat to Haart and Ahsan for their amazing and dedicated service to understand what I needed and get to work on it right away! Well done. I will highly recommend you guys.

Very helpful and great service. Pleasant during viewings and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Referencing process was smooth and quick.
