I would never advise anyone to bother letting their properties through Haart, particularly the Loughborough branch. I’ve never had an issue as a landlord with an agent before, particularly when fully managed. Do not expect any of your emails or telephone calls to be replied to in a timely manner, don’t expect to be kept up to date with tenant issues or billing and they certainly don’t account for the needs of the landlords it is solely focussed on the tenant and we unfortunately are just a cash cow. From the manager down to the agents, the service has been disgusting.

Jack pollock was great through out the selling of my late parent's house. On his first visit he was really positive about the house even though it was dated and needed work which meant a lot as it was our family home for 50 years and we felt emotional about selling it.
He kept us updated on all viewings and offers and guided us through to a sale at the asking price. Thank you Jack.

Right there, in the mud at the shallow end of the pond with double glazing salesmen to the left of them and used car salesmen to the right.
Yesterday, my Wife got a call saying they'd seen our house on Rightmove and they had a prospective buyer.
Today, we received a postcard from them saying the same and promoting themselves as estate agents in Loughborough, with a Loughborough phone number.
The facts are, our house isn't on Rightmove, it's not for sale and hasn't been for over a generation, they don't have an office in Loughborough, their number is a fake relay and where the hell did they get my Wife's phone number?
I'd like to describe them but Google won't publish it - instead, let's call them Lying, shady, untrustworthy, crooked, grifting spivs.

Jack Pollock, the Haart estate agent, has been brilliant, throughout the purchase of a property, through him.
He’s always, been helpful, answered my calls and messages. Liaised with the vendor, when I’ve had questions, answering them quickly.
Overall a great experience.
Would highly recommend.

Jack was great throughout the process. He was informative and supportive. We had a few minor problems but Jack kept us informed and helped in any way he could.

As a Tennant my experience with Haart has unfortunately been substandard. Not being a homeowner (client) I expect it to be this way but the amount of times I have to request fixes from them for the same issue over a period of months is shocking you wouldn't believe it. I just want to stop paying higher water bills for a dripping toilet. Not the biggest ask in the world. Months!

Awful service
Booked a viewing for a property, the lady on the other end of the phone was so rude to then be told on the day they couldn’t find the booking in their calendar and it didn’t exist!
Rearranged it for the week after, called up on the day to ask if it was going ahead and they had told us it had been cancelled, they didn’t even bother to let us know.
Booked a viewing for a different property the next day, 1 hour before the viewing they call us to change the time, 4 minutes later they send us a text saying they are cancelling the viewing as there’s no estate agent to show us around.
A complete waste of our time and we’ve been messed around from the start, we won’t be booking another viewing with haart as every time it just gets cancelled!
Avoid!!!!

Been a Haart tenant for a year now.
I moved to Loughborough from the U.S and found out that the property I agreed on renting was falsely advertised online. The bathroom drawers were broken, the fireplace and microwave were not operating. and chairs were unfit to sit on.
Having paid a cleaning fee, I was shocked to find piles of trash hidden underneath the sofas. To make matters worse, I found out that there were rat feces in the boiler room. Currently, I have been waiting for five months for someone to come and fix the collapsed fence, and three months to fix the laundry machine.
I have been spending a tremendous amount of time writting e-mails to the property manager, Rami, and trying to make those people do the job they are paid to do. Having to deal with such unethical and lying individuals is very painful.

Update (answer to below response):

1. Currently been waiting nearly 3 weeks for someone to come and fix our only toilet. 3 weeks for a 1/2 hour job that is so critical.

2. never denied access, the tenancy agreement clearly states that a 1 day notice must be given before someone accesses the property, I suggest you get familiar with the contract.

I have approached several estate agents in Loughborough regarding student accommodation and property let for my son next year. William has been extremely helpful and his advice has been encouraged. I was advised to contact him around May 2020, as the property market will change due to BREXIT and more accommodation is becoming available in the area and therefore any current prices and advice would be incorrect. No other agent gave us this advice and was very pushy towards us signing for properties in advance. We will certainly be contacting William over the coming months and will be using Haarts to help seek appropriate accommodation. His professional and honest approach is very much appreciated.
