I have three properties with Haart and the experience has been consistently poor. Communication is almost non-existent — with me as a landlord and with tenants. The staff seem overworked and unsupported, suggesting serious leadership problems.
Low fees and “no hidden costs” don’t help when they fail to forward mail (including bills), skip property inspections, and ignore approved maintenance — even essential safety work like installing fire alarms.
In my opinion, Haart has become a liability rather than a service provider. I’ve now switched to smaller local agents who are far more responsive and professional.

My property is listed on the market with another agency, I received a hand written note through post by Haart (Emma Collishaw), saying " I believe I have a buyer for your home, please call to discuss" I called, first time staff member was nice and polite, booked for an evaluation, on the following day, the evaluator called, told me I need to action my property, it's the only way, very intimidating and offending, route to market is the problem, but this guy's customer service is terrible, first all clearly the note about having a buyer for my property is lye, himself said they have buyer, not specific, so it's just a marketing method to get you in touch with them by lying about situation, then most annoyingly it's this guy's attitude, he said you NEED TO check with current agency how long the lock in period you have left, completely discarded the fact they reached out to me first knowing that my property is already listed with another agency, fair enough if they actually have a potential buyer but the true is they don't! they guy's tone of voice, arrogant and annoying, "I'm telling you what you need to do"! It's very disturbing, the lies, the attitude, on top of that, THEY REACHED OUT TO ME, I'm not begging them to sell my property.
I sold a property. Lesley McGuigan was my contact who was very proactive at finalising the sale along with other colleagues, Nathan Binfield. I was kept informed at every stage.

There is still no progress with the flat that I moved into, I have been following up with the haart's agents for over 3 weeks now. There multiple fixes needed to be made as its in no condition to live in. The bed's broken so there is nowhere to sleep, the desk has an hole in it, the window can’t open cause the handles broken, the sink leaks into the cabinet and the agents are doing little to nothing to help me to resolve this. I had written a review a week ago and I got a reply saying the management will contact me. I have even tried to call haart after and was told that the manager will get in contact, however this has not happened. When I try to call the office either no one picks up the phone, or I am being told the manager will handle this matter, but there is no action to follow this. When I tried calling the manager directly it was on do not disturb and there was no follow up from my voicemail that I left. The problems still persist and haart agency continues to not do anything about the repairs. This has been the case since the day I got the keys, over 3 weeks ago now, so how much longer am I meant to go on like this?
