We had such a great experience with Habeno, we would not have been able to handle the home purchase process as efficiently on our own. We attempted to, and it was very difficult to reach different representatives at each bank. Purchasing a home in another country is a complex and often confusing process and having someone to ask questions and be there for us have been invaluable. We worked with Gorka and he answered all of our questions and helped us during every step of the process all the way up to getting the keys to our home. I highly recommend using Habeno if you are looking to purchase a home in Spain!

Incredibly effortless way to get a mortgage!
Honestly, I thought the hardest part of buying a property—especially as a non-resident—would be navigating the mortgage process. But Habeno proved me wrong. The most challenging part turned out to be finding the right property; from there, they handled everything seamlessly. Pablo managed to secure an incredible offer for us—one we simply couldn’t refuse 😅. All we had to do was gather the necessary documents, and they took care of the rest. It was truly a hands-off experience!

I 💯 recommend these guys for buying in spain as there is alot involved and Gisele got me 4 different offers from different banks which allowed me to choose from. Habeno customer service & loan representative (Giselle) have made the process of obtaining a loan from the United States a breeze.
