Buying a property in Spain. Habeno assign a personal assistant to you (Pierluigi in our case). He took all the paperwork hassel away and was always available to answer any queries we might have. Well worth having Habeno there to take you through the process.

Habeno made it possible for us to buy a home in Spain. Before we heard about Habeno we hired mortgage agent who said (after we paid her 500 euros so she would start working on our case) it was impossible for us to get mortgage in Spain because our income is in Isk. But somehow Habeno managed to offer us upto 70% mortgage. Our agent Pierluigi was very responsive and answeared every question that we threw at him.
We highly reccomend this service for anyone searching for property in spain.

We were contacting the bank ourselves and were trying to organize our mortgage with the bank that was really unresponsive and seemed that they don't really care at all.

Contacted Habanero and Pierluigi contacted me and started working immediately. The level of customer service and motivation that he has is completely different from the level of the staff member at the bank. The communication was excellent and went way beyond what customers would normally expect. As we were in a hurry, he really pushed to make everything happen as quickly as possible. He contacted all parties and kept everyone up to date.

We completed today and without Pierluigi, I believe we would not be close to completing yet.

When we decided to buy property in Spain, we knew that the whole process might be really long, stressful and with a lot of unknowns in between. Finding a partner such as Habeno made the process fast and (almost) stress free. I really appreciate the hard work of Pierluigi who was always available for us and solved every issue right away. I would highly recommend as trustful partner. Of course, don’t expect that everything will be done on behalf of you, still need to take care of all the documents required by the law and banks but they will make the experience much less complicated. We made the purchase on time so we are really grateful.
