Hachette always comes through on these subscription style kits. I've built several now and they have all been smooth. I've only had two issues and they were both resolved in under two days. I just wish the rest of the world followed this customer service model. Looking forward to completing my Dalek!

I subscribed to the WH40K Combat Patrol. It is a great way to start collecting. It's given me access to a larger range of models at a great price. The magazine is informative and enrmtertaining as well with painting guides and lore from the Grimdark.
I hope there is an 11th edition magazine coming soon!

Had a small dispatch problem which was resolved by Nikita very quickly. I have no issues with Hatchette apart from the following......
Hatchette use Evri for deliveries. 4 out of 5 deliveries are delayed with no tracking updates from Evri at all. They tell you the delivery is delayed, no further notifications and the package appears sometime in the future.

Very Helpful.
There was a slight issue with my address somehow getting messed up, and my parcel going missing as a result. Spoke to customer service, and they were lovely, corrected the mistake with the address, and resent the item out immediately.

I think they have done an excellent job…
I think they have done an excellent job delivering on the original promise with the warhammer 40k combat patrol collection. Even with tariffs the company found cost saving in sending bundles of the months magazines to save on shipping as opposed to transfer the cost to the customer. I certainly dont mind getting one big delivery a month instead of one a week. Everything has come on time and as promised thus far and the models and magazines are excellent quality

Good product but not consistent on delivery dates
Although I am enjoying the series. My subscription never comes on the same week/day each month. The deliveries are all over the place. Which means my subscription never gets charged to my account the same time each month. This some time causes havic with my budgeting.
