I adore this shop
In fact, I am a fan of this store, and whenever I am tired of myself, I go to it and enjoy wandering inside it and breathe in the comfort of wood and equipment. And everything I need to repair my small apartment, I buy from there, and this is my first experience with them in buying from the website. I received the package intact and carefully packaged.

Great Product, Excellent Customer Service
I am impressed with my order. Even with the delay in delivery experienced, the customer service personnel stayed on top of the game to resolve my complaint.
Product is as described.
I would have easily given 5 stars if not for the delayed delivery.

Damaged Garden house item was delivered
The damaged Garden house item was delivered and
when I checked with the Karibu Holztechnik GmbH, they are not agreeing and not responding properly.
Karibu Holztechnik GmbH said it's just a scratch and said that we will not send additional damaged items
Even I have sent images of the damaged items which clearly show and even I raised a complaint in hagebau customer service.

On line orders
I ordered several items in connection with improving my lawn, all were delivered quickly. I was very pleased. As it is not possible to shop in person at present I would not hesitate to order on line again.
