A very professional and supportive experience- Dr Ahmed and his team were extremely thorough and walked me through every stage of the procedure from initial contact to post procedure - could not highly recommend them any higher a first class experience and would recommend his clinic to anyone thinking of having this procedure done. So where do I start well I am 48 years old and noticed my hair thinning and reciding of the years I tried different products medication and hair fibres but deep down I know the only answer was a hair transplant.so as my confidence and mental health abd well being was at rock bottom I decided to go ahead ,with much research and support from family friends we found the Hair doctor in Leeds
So got intouch with them and just from the on line consultation I knew I had made the right decision.having sent pictures and having a video consultation a set of crafts was decided and a date was booked .on the date I was very nervous and excited same time it’s a big decision to make in undertaking a procedure like a transplant.can i afford it will it work what will be the outcome lots. Of other concerns but can tell you now one you meet the team at Hair Doc you are immediately but at ease .there greet you and just so friendly and polite and professional all in one they know how nervous you are but straight away they take the pressure from you ,the anxiety the stress the nerves and panic jusr slow fall away .They talk to you constantly keep you at ease and just know how to treat you .then you meet the man him self Dr Arshad a polite straight talking guy who greets you like you have know him years if you take family or friends for extra support he welcomes you all like a family .you could not ask for a better guy to greet you for your procudure an amazing guy .and then he will explain the whole transplant in detail going through all questions you may have but not making to much medical complicated so you totally understand abd advice to you on what you want and to expect from the transplant.but all so make it a relaxing conversation he a big sports fan so will just drop in other stuff about any other things keeping you calm and relaxed for your transplant all this time in such a professional way it’s not feeling your head with tons of worries you may have .got ti admit having been in his office no more than 10 minutes felt a huge weight lift from my shoulders and 100% knew I had chosen the right place to have my transplant The cost me personally it’s not about the money yes you will get cheaper like anything eles .do you go aboard but not to but any one down that does good luck I really hope it goes well but for me was other factors loctation .is it trustworthy.is it just hair transplant they do .reviews.how many procedures have they done and many more cost is the main one to but must be balanced with who you choose and Hair doc was just way way way head of any others I looked at and researched,.so I was indroduced to the rest of the team the other nurses that was with me the whole day and I do apologise for not getting there names but they where brilliant.calm relaxing sincere and just very helpful and patient and professional you ask them a question no matter how silly they can reassure you just amazing they all work together and make a great team but most importantly they keep you as number 1 it’s you there will bend over backwards to make the transplant go as smooth as it can amazing nurses a real credit themselves abd the clinic .so me personally I had 4000 grafts
A fair few but it’s suited me and the outcome I was looking for ,I found the day was totally different from what I was expecting they made it as easy abd hassle free.all the time your well being it’s there upmost important to them
I be honest it’s I found the while procdue fairly pain free it’s no more than being at the dentist once the anaesthetic is in doing it’s job was pain free even if you feel it they constantly asking you are you ok and let’s us know if more pain relief needed
They talk to constantly keeping your mind of the transplant just keep you mind at ease they really know what they are doing
I was there from 8am to 8pm and I couldnot have been looked better .they feed you they want you to keep your energy up so they really really know what they are doing I can not thank everyone from family members friends and upmost the Hair doc clinic they already have boost my confidence and I will admit I was nervous telling people for the banter and taking the mic but I have done it for me for myself no one eles I hated looking the mirror having my photo taken and dreaded talking to people always had in my mind constantly are they looking at my hair .and if you can do something to make you look feel and more important make you smile again do it with out questioning do it for your self ,deep down the team at Hair doc clinic I owe them a huge gratitude and for getting me to myself that I remember years ago a confident strong minded guy who liked to socialise and chat to everyone with a big smile the Hair clinic have done that and how can you thank them ,thank you

I recently returned from a trip to the States and the confidence I had because of the how thick my hair was and to actually have an impressive hair line was unreal.

I came for a hair transplant on 3rd of August after years of research. I wanted to pick a clinic where the surgeon was highly qualified and skilled enough to provide me with a bayside result.

Dr Arshad is a consultant head and neck facial plastic surgeon with years of experiences and 1000s of positive natural results.

After years in the limelight taking pictures in the public domain I am now retired and can take timeout of training to have this done.

My experience couldn’t of gone any better from first walking into the clinic until leaving from the welcoming at the door through out the day/procedure to leaving and the aftercare. I honestly couldn’t of had a better experience.

I am now looking forward to enjoying a natural result

This whole experience has left me majorly disappointed, angry and feeling more than robbed. All they care about is the money and once they have that, you won't get any emails, messages on WhatsApp to ask how you are doing or if there's any concerns. You have to chase them up for absolutely everything, so that basically the patient after care doesn't even exist here. If I could rate my experience a 0/5 instead of 1, then I would.

I had my consultation done over a video call, which I thought was a bit strange, but I let it fly over my head as I was desperate to sort my hair out. We settled on a price which I was more than happy with but when I got to the clinic they changed their whole estimations and the price dramatically increased. Bearing in mind the change of price was done AFTER Dr Arshad had basically cut off my entire fringe at this point, which made it worse and felt like I had no way out but to go ahead with it. (Not sure if this is a used tactic to pressure people into the procedure but here we are)

It's been nearly 15 months since I've had the procedure now and if I were to count the grafts I probably couldn't even count 500 on my head. Something has gone seriously wrong here and it isn't my wrong doing. I don't smoke, drink or eat unhealthily. I stuck to what they asked me to do religiously without missing a single tablet, wash, creams on my head or anything they advised me. 100% confident I did nothing to affect it whatsoever. Reading reviews here it looks like there's more than just me that's had the same issue with result basically being non-existent.

If you are reading this and wanting a hair transplant, I beg you to please stay away from this company and just go to a quality clinic in Turkey. Don't put yourselves through what I've been through I promise it isn't worth it.

Completely failed fue procedure done in December 21 and I am not alone if you check various forums. I'd allowed a below par result down to multiple factors but the clinics reaction to this was shocking. Adam from the clinic was following patients on forums. I was summoned to see the doctor with a 3 hour round trip to admonish me for being nervous about my extreme shock loss. This quickly followed with sarcastic email responses by email saying 'its your hair that's failed not us'. This showed their true colours, ego and attitudes to patient care. If you doubt me, please go through their results on reputable forums and how many 'top ups' have been offered and how many patients are unhappy. As a medical service I expect a duty of care to be in place and not this dismissive and insulting approach claiming to do no wrong when so many actual results say otherwise.

Dr Hamza and his team were excellent from my initial consultation through to the end procedure. It’s been a week since my surgery and my hair looks great. The donor area is almost completely healed and it is barely noticeable that I’ve had any hairs extracted. On the day of the procedure the whole team including the technicians were very friendly and made me feel welcomed. The aftercare package was also very well equipped and everything was explained in good detail. I can’t wait to see the full results in a few months but so far I’m very pleased. I would highly recommend this clinic, not just for the great service but also for the location and convenience if you’re not looking to travel abroad or go into London Town.

Dr. Arshad's expertise shone through as he carefully extracted hair from the donor area, which felt like a strange but intriguing sensation, akin to footprints in the snow.

Lunch provided the necessary energy boost before receiving further injections into the top of my head, where the grafts were to be implanted. Dr. Arshad's precision was evident once again as he made the necessary incisions in my scalp for the transplanted hair. The surgical assistants, Amelia and Daisy, worked with meticulous care, starting with soft hairs for the hairline and then using singles, doubles, and triples to create a natural-looking and aesthetically pleasing result.

The post-surgery care was equally remarkable. Sommiya provided me with a bag full of medication, accompanied by a clear and straightforward chart specifying when and how to take each medication. Additionally, an instructional video was provided, further simplifying the post-operative routine. The aftercare team proved to be highly responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had.

Recently, I returned to The Hair Dr for a second surgery, receiving 1000 grafts to add density to my temples. The new facility at Red Hall is truly world-class and perfectly complements the exceptional service they provide. Adam, as welcoming as ever, introduced me to Jess, who thoroughly went through the paperwork and ensured all my questions were answered. The new facility offered me my own comfortable room with snacks and a TV, where I could relax between the two-part surgery. The surgical assistants, Daisy, Amelia, and Sneha, once again displayed their magic, skillfully implanting the grafts in just one hour.
