Speedy delivery
Speedy delivery, and great customer service when I queried about colours. Thought the ones I ordered were too dark but actually they look great when fitted. Lovely quality and feel light on head, no problems with tangling either. Would definitely buy again.

I ordered 120g absolutely shocking they where so thin I got 2 rows out of them I used to get 4 rows at best they where so thin and fine no way was they 20inch either iv used these for 10 years and the last few orders where very bad batches and I can honestly say I won’t be using them again customer service is shocking to.

Helpful customer service but took a while to get there.
I tried ordering from the web site but it wouldn't take payment, so I tried multiple times and I wasn't getting where with it, so I email them and they responded quite quickly but they wasn't able to help has all payments have to go though the Web site, which I found quite frustrating, so I tried different options and finally got there but the hair I ordered was 60 platinum blonde but the hair I got was more yellow in colour.

I ordered my first hair extensions from hairplanet and they are really amazing. I have been wearing extensions over 20 years and this is the first hair extensions that actually feel like human hair I am impressed how natural in falls with my own natural hair as I have very fine and short hair. I have tried and worn hair extensions from most of the really expensive online stores and hairplanet bets them all for sure. Very fast delivery. Never been happier.
