I.would like to.point out to anyone who.purchases L'Oréal hair dye to open before you purchase the boxes are not sealed so its easy to do.
The incorrect colour was inside my no.9
Blonde my hair turned dark grey
Which lead to my hair being bleach bathed the experience was awful and cost me almost 100 pound to correct the pain on my scalp.was very sore.
L'Oréal.offered me 11.00 for my. Trouble
I.let them keep it as they need 11.00 more than me .
Just be careful.or choose a brand who.seal.there boxes

Brought hot tools curling tongs through and now there is no one to contact or to deal with the fact that they are faulty. They have only been used 3 times so like brand new.
They have stopped working altogether now

Scammers - elderly parents purchase clippers in December 2023 and they stopped charging not long after. The purchase was through Amazon but they are just sending them to these guys who are not responding. Looking forward to taking these guys to small claims court to get some traction and reporting to trading standards.

Miserable mugs blocked me for no reason despite having never had a issue with them before . Pathetic

Bought a pulpriot toner..never used before..i emailed and fb chat to ask what developer i should buy.
Email reply was i dont need developer
So i used it..nothing happened
Then recived a email saying sorry yes you do need developer.
I asked for a refund based on there incompetent advise and was refused as well as blocked from fb page immediatly

I returned well maintained clippers stop working 1 m send back I been told noting wrong with clippers just dirt but not true and refusing to give me refund or return my clippers that I paid back February very rude customer services

Awful customer service. Bought clippers and after a month of use, I sent them back as they wouldn’t hold charge. Obviously a mechanical error/fault. They claimed they were fine but dirty, and sent them back with the blade completely tampered with and not fit for immediate purpose, and when raising these concerns was met with rudeness, sarcasm and hostility. Dreadful.

Returned a faulty item to be told it was not faulty and had been used (which it hadn't) so would not be issuing a refund. No names on the very rude e-mails either. So this thieving company now have the goods and the money and are refusing to do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting. I implore anyone reading this, please shop elsewhere. As if the goods aren't what you expected, they wont care once they have your money.

If I’d read these reviews before I’d bought a hair dryer from them, I would have bought from elsewhere. Hair dryer packed up, just after the 1 year was up. Hair products online Ltd were abrupt and completely unhelpful.

Dreadful, dreadful, dreadful. DO NOT USE, like others have said, very rude, zero customer service.

Terrible customer service - very rude, they don't care about costumers.
I purchased a wella Invigo Nutri Enrich Deep Shampoo and conditioner from this company. Contacted them because I receive a text message in my phone says your parcel was arrived thanks, but I don't get nothing, so I write because of that. they asked for me to check with neighbour's, so I do that and turn back, they simple told me to open a complain true Ebay, they don't want to solve nothing they don't care. So the Ebay return to like no refund because I got the parcel, I
really shock how they accuse someone like that, if I got the parcel why I will complain?
The funny thing is a order a hair mask for another company and I receive o the same day no problem because I be home waiting, but Currie of them never comes. And in the product like that is supost they ask for signature or left a paper to you like I left on the neighbour's door 30 example. No I was nock the doors of my neighbour's like 5 to ask if they got something for me, and my street has like 100 neighbour's, it's not my job to check that I pay for delivery and I was at home. I purchased a Black Wahl Finale Super Shaver from this company through Amazon. Was only purchased 9 weeks ago and the items battery became damaged and started making a terrible sound for no reason. Contacted them and they asked for me to send the product back. They then tell me that the product I sent them wasn’t the one I purchased which isn’t correct. I have never ordered with this company before. I politely asked if they could send it back to the manufacturer which they also refused. Amazon eventually gave me a refund but beware - avoid this company like the plague. They will take your money and not give you any basic customer service. 1 star is generous.

Bought gamma absolute hitter for £99.90 on amazon. The item came faulty, sent it back and still receive NO refund. Requested for an alternative item as exchange and rejected. No compensation given and no refund. Poor customer service.
