that's wrong payment wasn't delayed you took the payment straightaway! and then after that no reply from you I phoned and explained my situation and then they said oh ok we will deliver tomorrow then two days later I phoned again that I haven't received my package yet then the lady said sorry we don't have the product now we are ordering again and I got my package a week later no word from you guys you didnt even bother to phone me back and refunded (which I haven't checked it yet with my bank) me 10 pound after spending over 150 pound so please don't say that you have been chasing me it was me chasing you

crap service I have ever seen in my life parcel came after 25 days not just after I paid but kept calling every day and in return no compensation given by the manager its not just bad its worst !!!

There was an issue with your payment coming through to us which held the order and caused a delay. Once we were notified by you it was immediately dealt with. As the order was held for so long the item had sold, so we had to outsource which caused a further delay. Throughout you were informed of what was happening and you were happy for us to proceed. We compensated you by issuing a refund, in total the discount in comparison to RRP was over £40 what you would pay anywhere else. So the comments made are untrue as you were sent money back as a way of an apology.
