I ordered one of the wide tooth stretch comb. Good quality, nice design but I needed to return it. I emailed and called customer service (left a message) and no one responded back.

Because the color I ordered was sold out, they sent me two others instead.

My first experience with HairZing was amazing, simply wonderful. Prior to ordering, I had stumbled across the HairZing double-comb, tried it in my hair, and it was instant love. It worked in my wild mane of thick hair, it didn't pull on my scalp, it didn't damage my hair, it stayed in place with my active lifestyle, it gave no tender spots while wearing a winter hat, it created no headaches, AND on top of all of that, it was beautiful to look at too! I immediately went shopping for more. I found the HairZing website, and as it is with most things now-a-days, I was a bit leary of entering my credit card information into a website in which I was not familiar. A couple days after I placed my order, the product I bought was showing as sold out on the website (I later learned this was the first time this had happened in 17 years!). I was one of the last few to order before inventory was out. Just my timing and luck! I had also later learned that the website was a new conversion, but the quirkiness of the page that I saw when inventory initially ran out made me a bit nervous ... I started asking myself if I make a mistake, if this website was in fact legit. I am always so careful; did I mess up this time? I made a phone call to their customer service, I had to leave a message, I left emails, I left a Facebook message, I was beginning to flip a bit. Patience has not always been my strong suit when I feel like I'm hitting panic mode. However, after just two days of what turned out to be a low staff week for HairZing, I heard from none other than the founder of HairZing herself!
Not only did she communicate everything I could have ever thought to ask and more, but she was friendly, professional, kind, full of integrity, forthright, and a woman who takes the bull by the horns. I felt like I was speaking with a long-lost friend. Before she called, my order had already gone out with full tracking and it turned up just a few days later as promised. Everything is beautiful. Learning more about the company made me love the product even more. I can hardly wait until this wonderful business, that has products handmade by women, who are paid well to raise and feed their families has more inventory available. HairZing combs are head and shoulders above the mass-produced made by others.

Arrived packed well & safe with no added odors of fragrance. I can't get the 5th star to light up for some reason.

I’ve purchased a number of hairzings over the last few years, and have been very happy with them. However the last 2 items I purchased have been less satisfactory due to the elastic not retracting as it should. The Pearl accessory is great,absolutely no problem, but the grey butterfly accessory remained very stretched and therefore unable to be used. I would like to emphasis that the quality of the products are brilliant, but it maybe that I chose the wrong size for my hair. I would also like to point out that the cost was quite expensive, but the delivery cost was more so (the cost of delivery was more than the cost of the products). But the quality is definitely there.

Your products are very well made and I have purchased them for years. However, your website needs work and you do not offer some of the most beautiful products in the double comb that you used to.

The website was a little bit difficult to navigate.

I am so pleased with the ease of use on the website, It navigates quickly. The products' descriptions are thorough, making it very easy to see the beauty of each HairZing in my mind. Ordering is very easy and fulfilled quickly, making the arrival time quick.

I got 3 for Christmas and they all broke within a week should have gone to Temu! 😖

The shipping was immediate and I was updated throughout. Excellent customer service!

I am very happy with your product! It’s easy on my hair and I have received numerous complements when I wear them. They are all very comfortable and quick to put on! I have been using your product for at least 4 years. I also find that they do not take long to get to me especially since I live in Canada. Again thank you for your prompt service and good quality.

I LOVE YOUR PRODUCT, BUT THE ONES i RECEIVED WERE FOR KIDS. I NEED THE SAME THINGS BUT LONGER. I bought several in the last year and they were 7" long. Can you send me info on returning these for the longer set?
