I placed an order over a week ago now. When I first signed up I was receiving constant emails from them. Telling me of all their offers. Looked into my account the next day. It stated, order in progress. I thought great. Nice efficient service, been looking everyday since and still saying the same. I gave tried ringing customer service and it just rings and rings and rings and as I can see from the rest of the reviews, it would be a waste of time anyway and no one ever gets a reply. Not the 24 hour shipping service they promise when you sign up. They've even stopped sending me marketing via email. Now they have my money. I've been ignored. Never ever again !!!

The price of what I bought was very good and the quality of it when it came was also good standard.

I ordered some perfume for my sisters Xmas on 22/12/15 she was aware she wouldn't get it for Xmas, I sent an email when the new year arrived and was told they are waiting on stock! So I gave it around a week sent another email and not heard a thing since, even commented on there Facebook page for someone to private message me. I now don't want to proceed with the order and would hope I'd get a full refund. I think it's disgusting when companies do this!!! Definitely won't be using again or recommending to anyone!!!!!!

Ordered an item on the 12th December, wasn't shipped until 22nd which meant it only arrived today (29th), way too late for Christmas.
Sent two emails, neither of which were replied too. Will never be using this website again and wouldn't advise anyone else too

Since halfpriceperfumes.co.uk disregard and ignore customers' emails and calls, I have decided to contact them via a more public channel. Hopefully this will also warn other unsuspecting customers to avoid this 'company' at all costs.

I ordered a 100ml Lolita Lempicka Forbidden Flower EAU DE PARFUM spray on 15th December 2015, directly through halfpriceperfumes.co.uk. I received my order on 18th of December....or so I thought. What was actually sent was an 80ml Lolita Lempicka eau de TOILETTE, which smells nothing like the fragrance I ordered. In the box was an invoice stating that my item was out of stock and that a 'close' replacement had been sent, along with a free gift. There was no free gift, the box was unsealed and the bottle nozzle was broken.

I was content to rectify this issue directly, however they do not return calls or emails, so I opened a refund request through Paypal, which was declined by the company. I intend to take this matter further.

Having now further researched halfpriceperfumes.co.uk, I have discovered that they are clearly con-artists, and I am not the first person to fall prey to their scams. I am, therefore, warning people to avoid this company, unless you wish to lose your hard-earned money to dishonest, deceitful and calculating fraudsters. I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities, and I urge other victims to do so, too.

My order was placed on the 6th Nov. and I received an incorrect order from you on the 16th Nov. I returned the items on the 17th Nov., I have proof of postage. Since then, tellingly, you have ignored all my attempts to communicate with you until I posted a review with Trustpilot to which you replied that you had posted my order on the 10th December. This is now the 22nd Dec and no show or refund.

Having waited weeks for the fulfilment of an aftershave order and having chased them up about the delivery, I have been advised today that the product was shipped several days ago but damaged and therefore they were going to offer a refund. The very same product is still showing as stock on their website. They surely could have sent out a replacement within 24 hours. Something dodgy going on here??

Well I note the predictable response - they really do believe they are offering an acceptable service. Offering my refund after I chased them several times. Fact was that the website said that it was in stock when I purchased, I then was advised several weeks later after my enquiry that it had been damaged in transit and even though the website still said that it was in stock it wasn't. My advice would be not to use this Company, I certainly won't be doing so again.

absolutely disgusted with this company, I ordered some perfume over a month ago and still haven't received my item or a refund. They have ignored all my emails. Nothing but a scam!

Placed an order at the beginning of the month. Waited over a week, and still my order was being processed. Contacted them, for them to tell me an item was out of stock. They didn't even inform me (but took nearly £50 out my bank) I asked to cancel my order and to be refunded, which they said they would do, and would take 3-5 days. Simple. Nope! 5 days passed and no refund. Contacted again, they said they would do it again and would take another 3-5 days. (great!) 5 days passed, no refund surprise surprise! Contacted them again, they asked for my paypal and they would do it direct. I provided them with paypal address and what do you no. No reply on my email and no money. Do not no what this company is trying to do, but avoid them at all costs. Spend a bit more and buy from a proper company. (with a contact number)

Was just testing the water with a smallish order - just what i wanted - delivered relatively quickly - would recommend and shop again for Christmas prezzies

I ordered kenzo for sister birthday has not arrived, ordered 3 weeks ago.
No reply to emails or phone calls but have taken the money.
Will not use again but am going to report to local fraud squad

You have to put minimum one star - but actually I would give NO stars!
I placed an order for one item, No.11 Dolce Gabanna 100ml EDT.
It's now nearly end of September and no item received. I had one communication from them to say on 7th September my item was being processed... I'm still waiting and have had no further communication even though I have sent several angry emails to them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They may sell cheap products but the stress and theft of money is not worth the saving in cost.

I was really pleased to find an online perfume shop which at first glance, 'seemed' good value for money, especially with a discount code thrown in on HotUkDeals! Postage was a bit pricey at £5.99 but it was express 2/3 day delivery after all. BUT NOPE! Order placed on 8th, no sign of delivery by 13th so emailed to cancel order and request refund, as too late for gifts. Instead of cancelling, they quickly updated order to SHIPPED! Requested tracking details as paid for them, none received. Parcel arrived today, 16th! Too late for gifts, but ok arrived. Box left by courier was damaged! Contents inside box was damaged! Packaging around perfume indicated item had already been opened, contents rattled when picked up out of the box. On closer inspection the perfume dispenser itself was broken and the perfume box was stained and smelled stale. In my opinion this perfume was shipped already faulty as it would be impossible for this to happen even if the parcel box was damaged in transit, The parcel and contents are being returned via tracked delivery at my expense and I have raised a paypal dispute claim. I wish I had come across this website prior to placing my order 😢

I placed not on 6 September moneymen town to bank account to same day I am still waiting for my order I thought companies only took money once order been dispatched. Poor customer services I understand that some items may take longer than others but it would be polite to let people know I have sent you two emails and tried to phone and had no reply, please can you reply to email

Don't waste your time or money. Promised delivery dates come and go. Sell out of stock items, take your money and then who knows what. All I know is that my wife is still waiting for her birthday present as its been 'Preparation In Progress' for 8 days now. Would advise anyone considering using them not to!!!
