We spent 2 days in Mikumi National Park and we had great time with Halisi African Adventures. Every step in organizing our 2 days safari experience in Mikumi went smooth. The communication with the head office of the company was very efficient and accurate from the very beginning.
We received a very high level of service by our driver and were fortunate enough to see a lot of zebras, giraffes, antelopes and lions,Impalas etc We had a wonderful day out in the nature and made a lot of nice pictures. We will keep wonderful memories from Halisi African Adventures and their team.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone who wish to visit Mikumi.

This was another great experience we had. our 3 days Usambara Hiking went well due to our guide who was professional and knowledgeable on Hiking.
Brighton was waiting for our hiking briefing. He knows the mountains, Tanzania and Lushoto history, politics and he is very well versed in all kind of topics that makes for a great story telling that provided a good distraction when hiking up the mountains. We did not know how good was Brighton until we crossed paths with another couple whose guide was really unprepared and just a companion rather than a guide.
All in all the special thanks should go to Halisi African Adventures and Brighton for their kindness and love shown to us. highly recommend them to anyone who wish to do hiking in Usambara Mountains.

We spent 6 day safari in Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro crater.
Thanks to our pleasant driver Frank, this became an experience for life. He was knowledgeable and patient, and told of the small and big we saw. In addition, he had good humor and we had a lot of fun on the trip.
The highlights stood in line, close contact with elephants, lions, cheetahs, leopards, strrruts, and much more. It will take a long time to digest all the experiences!
When it came to accommodation, we were especially pleased with the camps in the wilderness. It was exciting to just have a tent cloth between us and the wild animals, and hear all the sounds of the night.
Everyone we met on the trip was gentle and accommodating, and the service was top notch.

The variety of Selous Game Reserve let us without any words. We saw so many animals and so many different types of landscapes. Baby lions, thousands of zebras and buffaloes, elephants, birds, hippos, etc. The list is long. Also, the flora was extremely varied. We felt one of our greatest excitement ever in this park.
Our Safari guide from Halisi African Adventures was very friendly and knowledgeable, we had great time and memories for life.

Reliable, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable are just a few of the words that apply to our wonderful driver guide Frank who was not only an excellent driver but also, he was knowledgeable about which places to go to and what to see. We were able to see everything we wanted: elephants, zebras, hippos, giraffes,Lions and many more.
Their cars are very comfortable and their guides all speak fluent English. Our guide Frank brought us to beautiful places and knew exactly what we wanted to do and see!

We would recommend that you to use this company to make your dreams come true! We had such a great time in Tanzania and I'm pretty sure Halisi African Adventures had a lot to do with that. They took care of every single detail of the entire trip, making the whole experience remarkable.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the moment we returned, Halisi African Adventures operated with enormous professionalism. Understanding that not all factors are within their control, our driver-guide Joel and chef John conducted their tour with lots of courtesy, humor, and plenty of knowledge that definitely enhanced our experience. We visited Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro CA. We were able to see THE BIG FIVE and we drove through a countless number of animals: Our driver Joel was responsive to our remarks and comments and if we happened to see something that we wanted to stop for. Being a photographer; Joel stopped the jeep at the best possible locations. We accommodated in Tented Campsite in the Parks where we were spoiled by our chef John On the Tented Campsite we experience the true nature; animals close by and the beautiful landscape of the savannah. Thanks Joel and Halisi African Adventures Team for all your efforts to give us a very good time!

We were a group of four people, we had opted for the formula 5 days 4 nights in camp which is enough to fully enjoy the experience.
The camp was comfortable : tween size bed, shower and hot water.
The experience was unforgettable, the first day we went on a boat safari to see hypo pot amuses, crocodiles and different types of birds.
We spent the second day at the Selous game reserve where we had the opportunity to see several animals giraffes, zebras, lions, elephants and so on, with a very friendly, motivated driver who made us discover the reserve. The experience ended with a very informative walking safari.
Also our trip to Mikumi was amazing we saw a lot!
The staff was extremely friendly, always attentive, the cook concocted us succulent dishes !

We visited the Ngorongoro as part of an organized tour with HALISI AFRICAN ADVENTURES. We also visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Serengeti. However my absolute favorite was the time we spent in the Ngorongoro. The large cats are my absolute favorite and it was here that I got to see lions, cheetahs and a leopard. I never expected to be able to see such magnificent animals, especially the lions, up so closely. The lions would just be hanging out right by the road. The cheetahs were more scattered and the leopard was difficult to find since he was hiding up on some rocks. The diversity of life there is just amazing. Honestly, I don't think there are words to describe this once in a lifetime experience

We did 2 days 1 night Safari in Mikumi National Park from Dar Es Salaam with Halisi African Adventures And Our guide/driver France was fantastic. He was taking pride in showing us the best. We Saw a lot of animals plus much more. He was diligent, safe, knowledgeable about plants, animals, roads and routes. All and all this trip with Halisi African Adventures was a total success. After shopping around, their prices are also very competitive.

We just returned from an amazing adventure we booked with Halisi African Adventures.
We spent 4 days hiking in Usambara Mountains. Our Guide from Halisi African Adventures was the best. He make sure that we saw everything. We learned a lot about history and culture.
Thank you Halisi African Adventures and our guide Brighton for being a great animal tracker who knows everything about the birds, animals and vegetation. He was a pleasure to be with for 4 days in beautiful Usambara Mountains.

We booked 3 days safari to Selous Game Reserve with Halisi African Adventures. They was very kind and answered every question I had patiently.
Everything happened as agreed. We were picked up by Frank at 6 a.m. and went all the way down to Selous. We stayed in the amazing Africa Safari Camp. On our first day we went on a boat safari, on the second day on a full day game drive and on the third on a walking safari. We had a full board accommodation and we were also provided with food and drinks on our drives from and to Dar Es Salaam.
We had an amazing time with our guides! They were very friendly, funny, professional and always concerned about our safety. We were well taken care of!

We had a lovely time Usambara Mountains and Safari trip. Everything was very well organised by Brighton and very flexible which really allowed us to do things the way we wanted. Even more compliments go to our guides, who was absolutely great. He really made the experience a lot of fun and was very attentive to everything we asked. He was really easy going and had a great sense of humor. He was also very well informed about the parks, the animals and also about history. This really allowed us to have great conversations with him during our stay. We did give him the good feedback ourselves also, but wanted to make sure to let you guys know as well.
Both places we stayed were wonderful and the food was also great.
All in all we have had a great time and were very happy to have decided to trust Halisi African Adventures for Hiking in Usambara Mountains and Tanzania safari.

We spent 2 days 1 night safari to Mikumi National Park from Dar Es Salaam and we booked with Halisi African Adventures.
Our guide, France had a lot of knowledge about both animals, ecosystems and Tanzania in general. He was very friendly and accommodating in a professional way (not in an intrusive way), he spoke English very well, and he was very flexible and open towards our wishes.
Our interaction with Halisi African Adventures from start to finish, left us with the impression that they are very reliable and professional. In a country where so many things are never on time, they were always early and timely.

They did not want to give us any guarantees on which animals we would end up seeing, however, during our two trips (two days and one night) of safari, we saw everything from lions fighting, to zebras, elephants and impalas standing side by side at the water-hole. We stayed only for one night, but would have loved to stay longer, if we had had the time.
All in all, we were very happy with Halisi African Adventures. we would definitely use them again.

We were very lucky for the weather, it was every time sunny, and we were able to see very beautiful landscapes. Our guide Cris was able to make us see animals from short distances, we made a lot of great photos. We aren't disappointed to have chosen Halisi African Adventures, it's a very serious and faithful company. We recommend them.

Halisi African Adventures made my experience in Tanzania one of the most unforgettable. They were able to personalize my safari according to the length of time I would be staying in Tanzania and they made sure I got every item on my checklist crossed off before the end of my journey. After booked our Tanzania Safari with Halisi African Adventures, Tarangire was our first stop on our safari tour, and it is full of interesting animals and activities. It has good examples of almost all the animals in Serengeti. During the two days when we roamed in the park we saw lions, leopards, big group of elephants, ostriches, zebras, buffalos, impalas, giraffes, baboons, waterbucks, and many cute and active warthogs. We even saw a python and a tortoise. It was relatively green and the rivers full, and all these animals were roaming freely on the plain. It was very nice to spend a couple of days here.

Frank knew where to find all the animals we were on a 2 days safari it was like a dream all my life I wanted to go and it was the trip of a lifetime my husband was amazed. We thought we may see a few animals and we saw a lot of animals like Elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, impalas, wildebeest, birds, monkeys etc. We recommend Halisi African Adventures to anyone who wish to do Mikumi safari.
