Discussing customer service

So I have made a booking for a service online which was really handy as I am a night worker. Next day I have received a call from Amy in services to say that they are not able to proceed with what ever service I booked for what ever reason and she was like I will cancel a service. I barely managed to stop her as she wasn’t really listening and I said look I still need a service as my shock absorber fluid is masively leaking, my break pad warming lights are on even tho I have recently changed them and the rare pads and disks are still fine. Also my cruise control is not working. She asked me about shock absorber in which side is it I have said the ‘front left’ and repeated it few times to her but I don’t know why she put that as rare near side... I might not know much about cars but it is obvious that is was a wrong, but I just went with it. Thursday morning this gent came and picked up my car which was also handy as working at night and then taking car for service and back would of been hard. Around noon I have received a text message that they forwarded me an email with the video in regards to my cars health check which I thoughts was really cool! So at this point it was promising. So obviously on that check they mentioned everything I already knew anyway. Later on got another text saying call us when you can, so I have called up and got to speak with the same Amy. She gave me some prices and stuff and I said well my warranty is covering those so it will have to be fixed under it and she start arguing with me that is not. Then when I have mentioned that I have spoken with another dealer and they said it might be covered she put me on hold for few minutes and said oh yeah it will be covered. Also just because you requested to change completely different absorber we will need to order a part. So she was trying to blame this on me. What ever I am not argumentative person so I let this slide. I could not get why my brake pad warning light is on and cruise control is not working. I have asked her a lot of questions obviously she got annoyed because she did not know the answers to my questions or something so Amy decided to raise her voice agains me. I was honestly shocked... They were about to return my car the same day and Amy was like you will need to book another service with us. Thanks God Simon called me later and said look we can keep the car over night and fix it tomorrow. I have asked them about the same things and he said he would speak with Chris and sort this out. Anyway tomorrow came. Early afternoon I got a text message again that the car will be delivered until 6pm, no update about the car or anything so basically I did not know what is going on have they done absorber, have they sorted break pad light and cruise control or done MOT which is due next week. 2 pm I get a call from the same guy who picked up my car saying I am next to your flats. I was like what?! I am at work mate no one even arranged this with me.... luckily my boyfriend was home so he just when and taken a keys from car but anyway. I got to go to work later that evening so had a chance to use the car. Once I got in seen a break light still being on. Brilliant!!! Then tried cruise control which is still not working and apparently because of the break pads and they need replacing, obviously again they have not listened that I have changed them few months ago. As as they said them self the rare ones are still okay for now but they just advise to change them. So there was obviously a problem somewhere which they could not be bothered to look at. Saturday morning have rang a dealership from which I got the car and they said cruise control is not gonna be not working because break pads need replaysing I have also called halfords to check they said the same thing. York Mini services were more helpful even over the phone and at least called me back as promised. I have called mini Winslow at 10am Saturday morning the guy who answered the phone promised to call me back and I have received a call so I have called again at 2 pm this time went through to BMW as mini was already closed. The lady answered the phone again asked my contract details and said that someone will call me soon. Guess what that never happened.!!! I am really discussed with the way I have been treated by Amy as she is a service provider and should know how to speak with customers politely. If she doesn’t this might me not a job for her. And this mini dealer is kind of just waste of time cause you still will not get what you need.
