This company sent me the wrong product, and I agreed to send it back because they were supposed to mail me a return label with my correct order. They never sent the return label and instead later emailed me a label to print. I don’t have a printer nor a bunch of extra time to seek one out, pay to print the label, and then return a package with two items that I didn’t order in the first place. This company ended up charging me for this random product that THEY sent me in error. You are not a small business, you are a larger company that sent out the wrong product and then didn’t send the return label that you were supposed to. I will be disputing this charge with my bank. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ordered an Ariel costume and received it fast, when it came it had several tears in the costume. When I called they said there was a note that it’s a known issue. How is it a known issue but you continue to sell it? They offered to send another and express, I received it a week before Halloween and it had even more tears than the first one. Why it was not inspected prior to leaving I don’t understand. When I called to let them know, they said I could return it for a refund. A week before Halloween with no time to get a new one or order anything else.
So I opted to have a friend repair it. On Halloween night it came apart while she was wearing it and we had to change her clothes, leaving her without a costume for the rest of the night. The wig had bald spots and was nothing like the picture shown. For that matter neither was the dress.
They offered a 10% refund to which I pushed for 20% and they reluctantly accepted. That was before the 2nd one showed up worse. When I let them know of the issue, there ws no response for weeks. Then I received threatening notices that I would be charged for the 2nd dress if I didn’t return it “soon”. When I asked what soon was, no response, when I asked to see the policy, no response. When I asked for a refund because of everything that happened, I was told no.
I sent the item back and assume I will not hear anything since they got their awful product back.
This is terrible customer service and the quality of items awful. Why would you knowingly sell items that are damaged, then give the customer a hard time about a refund? Do not use this company. You have a better chance of getting something from Temu.
I never recieved my ordern even though I paid for express and priority shipping at 18th October. . When trying to track it by logging into my account it says my email is not found, and when I try to make an account with the same email it says that it is already an account with this email. order number says not existing

I ordered two costumes and got the wrong order. They were quick to send my order out and told me to ship the wrong order back. I honestly haven’t had time due to a busy life with kids. They reached out and I let them know that I would try. Well I received a email stating to ship it or they will charge me for it!
I am not at all trying to keep this order I just don’t have time to go to the post office. It is my money and time spent for a mistake they made!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-
I ordered a Costume (the same size I would wear everywhere else) It didn't fit. I went to return it. They gave me option for a partial refund if I wanted money back to my card AND pay for the shipping return or I would be able to get a gift card with the full amount and I'd have to send the costume back within a certain amount of time. 2-3 days later I dropped off at a staples/usps drop off location and received the tracking receipt (which I still have as proof) I returned on 10/5. I received email a couple of days ago stating they never received the item, and they would have to charge the amount to my debit card since they never received, and the gift card was used for my niece's costume since I was unable to find something for myself. I emailed back with the tracking receipt with the tracking number. They stated that the item isn't showing movement and that I would have to reach out to the drop off location. Why should I have to go through all of that and try to find the package like I'm Dora the explorer. I HAVE THE PROOF THAT I DROPPED IT OFF AND CANNOT GET AN ANSWER FROM THE STAPLES CENTER OR USPS REGARDING WHERE IT WOULD BE. Don't risk it. They are saying they will be deducting that money from my account in less than a week ($90.00) This extremely frustrating. I will never use them again.
Don’t use Halloween costumes.It’s no longer reliable company. I got my order via cheapest shipment and I received it after Halloween. I couldn’t return it as well because it was blackout dates (whole October) and I didn’t know that. They didn’t mention it on my order confirmation.
Didn’t get my package. Apparently they won’t do anything about it if you don’t pay extra when you make your purchase. The fedex picture is so up close you can only see the box so I have no way of knowing which house it was delivered to. So now I’m just out $90 and had to scramble to find last minute costumes. Customer service could not care less. Won’t ever use this company again.

Good evening. I hope that this review will be helpful to you in any way when you are choosing to buy from this company. My Thinker bell wings were dusty and damaged when my online order came. I've emailed the firm twice and have not heard back. The first email was issued on the 24th, just before Halloween. thus they could see that it was before the holiday. As of right now, there has been no answer or resolution, and it seems like they are stealing my money by shipping me a used, damaged item.
I ordered the Little Red Riding Hood toddler costume. My daughter loved it so much. The fabric feels so soft and nice and the quality is excellent. Got a 4T for a skinny 4-year-old and it fit perfectly. We got some amazing pictures! I am extremely happy with this purchase.
This online service has some serious bugs to fix. I spent over 130$ on a costume weeks before it was needed. While I added my name to the order, my billing and shipping address were skimmed after I paid with Apple Pay. Note, I never entered my shipping address nor my billing address. I simply used Apple Pay to pay for my terminally older sister, so she could enjoy one last holiday with her kid. I entered her address , half a state away from where I reside.i have all the screen shots of ever step along the way. Ironically when I paid with Apple Pay, I got a notice stating my billing address was skimmed and that the package would arrive at my address , again never input . It took over a week and many hours waiting for a live person to tell me they couldn’t correct the error in shipping. As far as the tracking revealed, the costume was out for delivery that very day. After I explained the dire need for a proper shipment ( I paid $40 ) for a timely shipment. I was assured my package for my sister was out for delivery that day in the 28th. After explain my dilemma the rep talked to her team and then told me I was gonna be unable to refund the misplaced shipping on their part. Her team told her that my sisters package was on track to be deliver on October 31st. The rep also informed me that the company Apple was responsible for them sending my package to the wrong place . Apple Pay according to this company, overrides the website and sends the packages to the addresses of the person paying with Apple Pay. The rep u talked to, and recorded told me and potentially other costumers that Spplr the comply is liable for Halloween costumes. Com not delivering orders to the right address n a timely fashion. I was told to call apple and discuss the issue with their faith Apple Pay service. Any other customers of this costume website have a similar issue? And was Apple Pay the culprit of being underwhelmed by the lack of integrity if this company?
Made a late order and their customer service helped correct an oversight I made, (late at night est). Excellent support, order was corrected and costume arrived on time and as expected.

Unfortunately, my Doc Brown costume, ordered at the beginning of October, never made it to my doorstep in time for Halloween. The package reached the UK on October 10th, specifically at Stansted Airport, but despite extensive efforts by FedEx, it went missing shortly after arrival. I was informed on October 9th about the search process and, on October 23rd, received final confirmation that the package was indeed lost.
Since then, I've been trying to contact Halloween Costumes to secure a refund of £55.98. I’m submitting this review to receive a response or acknowledgement from their team. To assist in resolving this, my email reference number is 098-2EAD36AF-00E2. But honestly, UK buyers, in particular, I wouldn't bother. I hadn't realised they were hq'd in the States.
I paid $75 for a Gray Lycan Werewolf costume for my boyfriend from this company. I received all the pieces except the main part, the mask! I tried to reach out to them and they have this recording that is an on hold countdown stating "You are caller number 47" and it counts down to "You are caller number 14" and then I was disconnected. So I call back again and get the same recording, and it disconnected me again at "caller number 14". So I go to online chat. After waiting hours for a live chat person to come on, the rep says there is nothing they can do because we didn't open the package the day we received it. So we paid $75 for a totally useless costume. Beware of this company!!

They mailed the wrong costume, closed on Halloween, so no customer support, and I called the next day, and the message saids there are 50 waiting to talk to costumer support! Never again will I buy anything from this group!

Absolutely shocking returns policy! Have been waiting weeks for my refund, everyone I have spoken to on live chat have been incredible rude. I am owed over £100 and the company just do not care!
